Tge consultation with Brad was great. I told him what I was interested in getting and he advised on the audio/visual components that would work best. I highly recommend Brad to work with anyone looking to enhance their home theater experience.

Chris has been very helpful with all sorts of the products Bestbuy carries from major appliances to smart TVs . He also gave great technical advice on wifi and Ring products. Chris is very easy to reach by text or email. He also helped me make the right choice with setting up Geek squad and experience deeper discounts and elite services . We did some major renovations and added a family room and a second kitchen. 3 new TVs and cook tops ,double ovens microwave to name a few purchases

Steven was excellent in suggesting the appropriate TV size and configuring the the layout of my very small living room to get the most optimal view of the TV. It turned out great! Answered all my questions and gave me reassurances. I couldn't be more happy!

We upgraded from the LG OLED65E8 to the LG OLED77GX Flush Mount, and Steve's advise and coordination was invaluable. The services he provided were very professional, polite, and efficient. As a Best Buy customer with Total Tech Support, and Extended Warranty coverages, it was very beneficial to have Steve as the single point of contact to arrange this upgrade, and the TV calibration after a suitable break-in period. We look forward to working with Steve again in the future.

We had recently purchased a new condo and needed help! In 2 different sessions with Kelsey, we were able to pick out 5 big screen TVs, washer & dryer, range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. This is the first time we had ever use Free Home Consultation. The overall experience is great. Our consultant Megan was extremely professional and helpful. Not only she listens to our needs but she ensures that we are getting what we need for our new house and within our target budget. Jonathan came to the house and measured the space and offered suggestions as to movement of our gas line so the slide in range would fit just right!

Great job! Abel helped with installation of a wireless streaming system - Bluesound Node. Music being steamed from Tidal has never sounded better. It is clearly superior to Bluetooth streaming of music to a high end Marantz AVR.

Ismael and his colleague made it so much easier to buy my appliances from them… we ended up buying 4 Samsung appliances because of their professionalism and and great service. They really went an extra mile for me. Although we’ve moved to a few cities away, I’d still reach out to them when we need more appliances. The delivery guys were great as well!

I was pleasantly surprised that my tech consultation and installation was as personalized as it was, considering the size and reach of the company. The home expert advised me well and I'm enjoying the final result. While I've always been a restless soul, I'm now enjoying staying at home and listening to music and watching TV - not quite a homebody yet, but getting there, thanks to the professionalism of the Best Buy crew.

Nick was awesome! on time, courteous and personable. Discussed the room and the best options. DIdn't upsell, but recomended the TV that was best for the bright southern exposure with the minium amount of glare. There was no consultation fee.
