Chris had all the answers. When he didn’t, he immediately looked up the information and verified. I would say he is an expert at what he does. If you’re looking to upgrade your current home theater system or build a crazy decked out space, Chris is the go to guy at the Galleria Best Buy location in Houston.

From top to bottom, the Best Buy consultation, purchase and install is best in class! Adam handled my consultation and it was an aspect that opened my eyes to improvements that I wasn't aware of that put my home theatre on the next level. I spoke with Charlie at both the Torrance and Hawthorne locations and he handled my purchase. The install team was the icing on the cake and they were professional, diligent and didn't leave till I was completely satisfied. Each team did and exceptional job and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for any audio visual work.

Great job! Abel helped with installation of a wireless streaming system - Bluesound Node. Music being steamed from Tidal has never sounded better. It is clearly superior to Bluetooth streaming of music to a high end Marantz AVR.

I need help with measuring my appliance openings in my kitchen. Anthony came out, measured all of my openings and help me select the best appliances for my needs. He is very knowledgeable in all kitchen appliance brands and took the time I needed to get it right. It was the best experience. I will never go to the store again to make major purchases….I will call Anthony!!

Shawn and his partner made the pretty difficult situation with the surround system purchase 120%. When we purchased the definitive tech speakers with did not anticipate waiting 3 months, with an ultimate cancellation ~ 3/10. However Shawn has made good on what they do. Really pleased w/Geek squad.

Nick was awesome! on time, courteous and personable. Discussed the room and the best options. DIdn't upsell, but recomended the TV that was best for the bright southern exposure with the minium amount of glare. There was no consultation fee.

The tech team was very knowledgeable and did a great job. They seamlessly worked with cable assemblies I provided hiding all the cables in the walls making for a very clean install. The combination of the Samsung 85" TV and Samsung 9.2 Sound bar, rear speakers, and subwoofer makes for a very nice system that looks and sounds great.
