I was planning to build a home theater in my home, I did not have a lot of knowledge but Jordon/Best buy was super helpful to give me all the insights in building a home theater. I m glad I went with Bestbuy and their total tech program. I love my home theater, their installation was top notch too. Highly recommend.

I am writing to provide my personal gratitude for Alejandro at the Park Meadows location for the professionalism and technical expertise on my recent basement project. I set up an appointment with Alejandro late 2023, and have been working with him since to get his guidance and recommendations to help me achieve the entertainment layout that I envisioned. The experience I had during our in-store consultations have been extremely helpful in explaining the latest technology, and assessing options targeted specifically to my budget and personal preferences. During our meetings, Alejandro has been prompt and has been great to work with. He has always followed up with me, and has been a critical piece to helping me finish my basement and purchase my home theater and TV systems. He went above and beyond by setting up an in house consultation, to see my layout and help me with some minor adjustments to maximize my purchase. We have some future purchases after we finish the basement and I will be reaching out to Alejandro and the Best Buy team for guidance. It has been great working with Alejandro is an expert in his profession, he is a lot of fun to work with and genuinely cares about the customer. It is rare to see professionals with his enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism these days. Again, a huge thanks to Best Buy and Alejandro for a truly amazing experience, you are the best and keep up the good work.

I moved into a new home and needed advise on what products would best meet my audio and video needs. Erica met with me and suggested the perfect products and set up installation. My home audio and video is not only looks and sounds incredible but is also perfect for the decor of my home. I am ecstatic with how perfectly everything fits and works.

Excellent service and installers were exceptional! Second crew that came out saved me $250 by not having to make cuts to install the micro/oven combo which the first crew said they had to make. Best Buy contact, Austin was very helpful and did everything I asked of him. When the stove tops go on sale I will buy one.

Best Buy's free consultation for potential customers is an excellent idea. It gives families confidence that they're not going blindly into a purchase that can be thousands of dollar$. The consultants are very knowledgable. Kudos to Best Buy for putting the customer first!

We needed help with our new home to set up five tv's through out our home. Michael's suggetions helped us out perfectly. His crew came in hung all five tv's in a matter of a couple hours. They were even able to hang one on our fireplace, which turned out exactly like we planned. Thank you Michael and his Great crew.

The consultation was extremely helpful in determining the size of the TVs we wanted as well as the audio system. I went in with some expectations but Phillip used his expertise to help fine tune the setup to better fit the space.

I purchased all 4 LG kitchen appliances; range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. I love them all & they look great! However, I was told by the in-home consultant that the stainless steel is made differently now and doesn’t leave fingerprints like it used to. That’s not the case. Fingerprints show on all of the appliances. Now I wish I would have purchased the appliances in brushed nickel. Hence, the 4 star rating.
