We were very pleased and happy with the installation by Best Buy, particularly Matt, They did an excellent job explaining our new system.

We lost our home in a recent wildfire. Keith was a champ in assessing and mapping our new TV's, soundbars and surround sound speakers. The real champs were Bryce and James who were utmost in professionalism while installing all components. There attention to detail was impressive.

Needed some TVs installed in my warehouse. Very easy process and didn’t even walk into a store. It was great to be able to take that off my plate, be able to schedule everything remotely, and it came out exactly the way I wanted.

I needed to upgrade my home theater. Joe came out for a consult and provided really good ideas, especially since the space for the TV had limitations. He came up with a creative solution, which has been great.

Our advisor< Jeff Rupp, did a perfect job - exactly what we needed. He designed an audiophile quality home music and theater system, but without any unnecessary frills. Most important: he listened to what we wanted, and made it possible for us to get exactly that. Totally satisfied!

I needed a double wall oven replaced. I simply contacted Mike (having worked with him in the past), told him what I needed and within an hour he sent me links that would work for me and I purchased it. I never had to leave my office.

While cleaning my 12-year old stove in August 2022, I accidently got water into the burner switch and shorted out the pilot ignition. I heard click-click-click BOOM, and the back-burner knob blew up. Even though the repairman said the rest of the stove was safe to use, I decided to buy a new stove. The original stove was a dual fuel/double oven, which is not a common combination—especially during the supply chain challenges of COVID. The repairman recommended the KitchenAid Model KFDD500ESS, and after doing some research, I decided to go with the model the repairman suggested. The store where I bought the original stove had closed, so I had to find a new store. It is now early September 2022, I’m ready to make the purchase, and I went to all the big appliance stores around Madison. Every store said the same thing: “I don’t know…maybe 8-10 months…not sure if or when we can get that for you, how about this model instead?” End of discussion. And then I went to Best Buy and asked Evan Petroykus. Evan said the model I wanted was on backorder, so he could not order it that day. Then he said he’d set himself a reminder to check with KitchenAid every couple of days to see if/when a stove might become available. “Sure you will,” I thought. But that’s exactly what he did. On September 30, Evan called me and said a stove was available, and we had to move fast. I was at the store within 45 minutes, and we placed the order. KitchenAid confirmed that the stove would be available sometime in March 2023. Not an exact date, but at least I knew it was coming and when. Well, the stove arrived March 23, and I’m VERY happy with it. Evan put in the extra effort to make it happen!

Rob was customer friendly, professional, and extremely helpful! He confirmed some things I was thinking and advised me well. I was then able to buy the products right then from my home and scheduled an appointment for installation. It made things so much easier!

We had a gaming set up for our so. The team was amazing and respectful to all of our needs. Their professionalism was excelling our expectations. I have now used their team three times and would consider to use them again, if needed. I have already referred them to a close friend.

We just moved into a new patio home and needed some advice on what size tv to purchase for over the fireplace and in the den along with a new computer and printer. James was very helpful in the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone with question about audio visual equipment.

Had a recent lightning strike, had to replace part of my system. Original crew came down was fantastic. Found out , I needed a Subwoofer and was interested in Dirac (New to Denon) calibration system. Mitch came down and replaced sub and calibrated system using Dirac. Mitch was very knowledgeable of procedure and he had a "wheel within wheel" intelligence to Home Theater calibration. Best Buy is luck to have a person at this level...

Eu-John worked with us to helps us select a sound and entertainment system that met our needs and preferences. He was very engaged, enthusiastic but bounded, and he listened to our needs and preferences rather than push the most expensive or high end products, even though he clearly knew much about the latter. He was patient and personal and both my wife and I very much appreciated his style and professionalism. Would definitely work with him again.

We had a break in and just didn’t feel safe in our home . We decided to go with a security system but didn’t know which one . Decided to ask Best Buy . All was smooth sailing from there.

Sales consultant was great at the initial and what we needed. No follow up and does not return texts to see how he could help us in knowing more with our new system.
