Phone is a good looking device and easy to use android OS. Service is good enough for a great price. After starting on the free plan I am on the $11 unlimited voice/text plan now which is perfect. I am on wifi a lot but when on cellular the speeds are great as I believe it uses the Sprint LTE network.

Not a bad phone for the price. It does work slow if you don't have micro SD card in it. And even then it won't run a lot of background apps and work fast like iphone would do. But It costs a lot less!!!

The Alcatel OneTouch Conquest , if you purchase this phone you will not be disappointed. Call freedomPop to activate phone. The free service is great. You will have to pay a one time payment of around $15.00 as a deposit to get 200 minutes,500 Text,200mb of data every month. That means as long as you do not go over your limit the service is free every month

Wanted an inexpensive phone to use while traveling, but did not want the monthly charges, this seemed to be the perfect choice, low upfront cost and enough minutes, data, and text.

It took me 6 weeks to get the phone activated, bc I could never find a way to use this device to replace a broken device on a FreedomPop account. I couldn't even log into my account without getting an error, "500 URI malformed [object Object]" I finally had to set up a whole new account. They wanted to charge me $5.99 to talk to their customer service about the fact that their web page was down! Then I got an error, "Bad SIM card". So apparently I need to go buy one of those as well. They are a nightmare to deal with!

The phone itself is pretty good for the price you pay. The service issues with the carrier are a different problem.

My son lost his phone so I got him this one while we waited for his upgrade date. Absolutely exceeded my expectations, both the FreedomPop service and phone itself. Great backup or interim phone.

Looks good enough for me and works well. Broke my main phone and needed a temporary replacement, got this one at best buy since it was inexpensive. Turned out to be pleasantly surprised by the reliability so far. I would recommend it for anyone that's looking for a low cost phone and doesn't need anything fancy.

    Stay Far away

I don't know how the past reviews have been so good,Ive had nothing but problems with Freedom Pop since I got thier service back in December 2016.First they took forever to send phone and started billing me the day I ordered so when I finally got phone the supposedly free month was almost used up before I even got phone. Also the phone has never worked right, wont hold a charge ,even plugged in wont connect to most calls.Customer Service is useless, tried to get them to replace phone, they wont.I cant use their service if I cant rely on service..My Advice stay away and go with a more stable and established service.2 other household members have experienced the same problems..

Does just about everything the top phones do, but at a MUCH better price. Great for kids or folks new to smartphones. Screen size is just right for reading, texting, videos etc..

Service sucks. Don't buy any of their plans. You have to pay extra to reach customer service. If not you have to threaten BBB and Attorney General for them to acknowledge what you are saying. My phone never worked. They just kept telling me to reset everyday.
