Great basic smartphone for the price. Could not ask for more

This is no reflection on Best Buy. I have purchased two freedompop phones the 1st one was still registered to the former user freedom pop refuse to unregister it. The 2nd 1 did not come with a SIM card after 10 days of arguing with freedompop face refused to send a SIM card stating that and I "the phone has a SIM card in it even though the smartphone itself stated are the screen and I tried to send him a photo of it no SIM inserted. If I could give this product 0 stars I would. Not to mention freedompop Wants to charge you $5.99 a month to speak to a live customer-service representative.

Goody sturdy phone that will survive being exposed tp water. Having voided a few phones' warranties because they were in my pocket in a rainstorm or I set them down on a table that wasn't completely dry this is a valuable feature to me. I just wish the phone had more memory as I use a lot of apps and like many phones I have to delete one to add one. I've had several Freeedom Pop phones and their unique way of connecting calls means that they don't cover well nearly the area that other phne systems do. Considering however that they do really have free plans I stay with them as I don't like to spend $50 or more per month to make an occasional call. Can't beat the price.

I received this phone about a year ago as a gift, and it still works perfectly! It runs smoothly and much faster than my old phone. It's able to load and maintain apps well, also. The camera on it is strong and takes good quality pictures. In addition, it's very durable; I've dropped it numerous times, and it still works just fine. Overall, it's a great phone, and I'm very happy with it!

I love this phone. Not at all bulky, just the right size. Sound quality is excellent and images are clear & sharp. It's durable, well built and easy to service. I've had it for a year-and-a-half and have had no issues with it since day one.

I bought this phone in a special sale directly from FreedomPop. It's a good and reliable phone for the price. Downside is that the speaker quality is not great. Battery life is not incredibly long when set on data but that is a common issue with android phones, I find. Camera is very good which was important for me.

The Size and easy use of this phone is great for me , love it if anything happened to it I'd probably purchase another one.....

Bought my Kyocera Hydro directly from Freedom Pop and very happy with it. I've never had a "smart phone" before so this was like going to a Rolls Royce after driving a VW my whole life. Very surprised by all the things it can do other then making phone calls.

Bought 3 of these about 18 months ago. Works fine.

I bought this phone cause i saw free service, the actual phone is super slow. But then the service sucked and eventually stopped working and when i called to get it fixed, freedom-pop said they cant help me cause i'm on the free plan!!
