Unfortunately even with thinking I had done all the research necessary to confidently buy this treadmill, I quickly realized all the information was not there.
The website/app doesn't specify a specific outlet type is used. Just say "plug in" for power. Does not work for normal outlet sockets. Even in the manual, it doesn't say anything until after you build the full piece of equipment. Page 14 it finally mentions your wall socket must be of a certain type. There is no warning for commercial use only. On top of that, delivery and return pick up were canceled multiple times (not by me). The process of receiving and returning was more stressful than the actual issue of it not being able to plug into the wall. Do not buy if in a residential home/apartment. Took 4 people to carry in and out. Suggest only ground floor spaces with no difficult corners/halls/stairs. Came on a pallet. Strongly regret this purchase. I dont even know how long the refund process will take.
The product is more of a commercial grade treadmill. Should NOT be sold to customers for residential homes. Please add warnings/alerts!
