Exchange defective video game

I told him he was wrong and that's bs. Went to CS desk and with none in the store, they ordered it for me. I returned to him to advise him of the policy in which he still insisted he was right. Then turned his back on me and told me to " get out of his face." I called him boy and asked for his manager. I don't know what the manager is going to do but that store has lost my business.
