Probably my families favorite show. My wife and 2 daughters quote show all the time. They watch this all the time. The show has never gotten old for us. Love the writing and the characters. A classic sitcom.

I needed to get a gift for someone and I chose this series. It has been an amazing gift!

Ok, so I was never a big fan of Friends when it was actually on TV. I'd watch it if I was at a friend's place and that was what was on, but that was it. It wasn't until my x fiance bought the entire series on DVD and I sometimes had Friends nights with her and her sister that I began to develop an interest. The engagement regrettably didn't work out but I still thought about buying myself the complete series, since let's face it, it's probably a lot less expensive than buying all ten seasons individually would be. So a week or two ago I was at Best Buy, austensibly to find a new cordless phone to use with my Magic Jack, and I decided to see if they had Friends. Needless to say, they did, all ten seasons packaged in small cardboard books housed in a box about the size of a board game. Six little books each with about six or seven disks. At first I was worried seeing as that kind of packaging does leave a lot of potential for disk damage, but as with anything that can be avoided if you're careful when removing disks from their sleeves. But apart from the episodes (usually six to a disk), this set offers a lot of highly interesting features, not the least being audio commentary on some episodes (usually from the show's creators and producers), and, my x fiance's favorite, a series of quizzes featuring clips from the show. This last is of little interest to me, if only because I'm blind, but the show itself is interesting and funny, and it comes from an era when shows' creators still made at least some effort to keep crude humor within reasonable limits. Friends has its share of that sort of thing, but it features much more of what I would consider genuine humor than what's on TV anymore. Needless to say, though it was expensive it's so far proven worth every penny, not that i'm quite done with the second season yet.

My fiance has a hard time sleeping at night and his solution to this long term problem has been to watch "Friends" because the skits in this show calms him and really puts him at ease. He's been through some rough times and during those times, he used this show to keep him grounded. In fact, he watched the show so often that he felt the show's characters really became his friends. He moved from Texas to be with me in California, and unfortunately lost his only VHS copy of a few episodes during his move. So for the past few months, I've saved enough money to where I was able to purchase this 40 DVD season set of "Friends" for his birthday! He now sleeps soundly! He was so appreciative of his gift that when I presented him with it, a tear slowly rolled down from his swelling eyes. Any fan of "Friends" will enjoy this and for those of you who are not fans, you will soon become one...I DID!

this is the best series ever. the collection comes with all ten complete seasons but the case is a sort of fabric and not well done. also the dvds come in slip cases which can easily be damaged. for those of you who were lucky enough to buy them separately and buy the collectors box that came out at the same time as the tenth season dont bother because your collection is far more superior. But all and all the collection is great for anyone who likes comedy and any fan who hasn't already purchased them already.

I am a huge Friends fan, but I never had the money to buy the whole series. It usually goes for $200, but I recently went to target and saw it there for $130!!! I was amazed by the great deal and I thought about buying it!! Luckily I waited and found it here on best buy for $69.99!!! Now that's a steal!! I didn't think about buying it once! I love everything about it! The show is great and I love the packaging! I'm in love <3

We love watching the original episodes in order. On TV, the reruns jump around--season 2 episode might be followed by season 5 episode, etc. My kids are experiencing it all for the first time and they love the show...I have fast-forwarded thru some "inappropriate" parts, but for the most part it's clean enough (they are 13 and 11). We laugh out loud all the time...great writing. Got a great sale price on this set, too.

Friends has and will always be my favorite show of all time. They could have never casted better people to portray these characters like them. Every episode is so funny. Best show in history.

Friends is an amazing TV show. Great actors, great plot, always exciting. They have all the comedy with just the right touch of drama, which makes it great without being pointless. I have all ten seasons and watch them every night before i got to bed. I have scene every episode enough to quote them, and still laugh when I watch them.

This Complete Series is the way to go if you do not own any season of Friends. Nice packaging that contains the whole series on dvd. I truly enjoyed this show and it does feel like reuniting with old friends when I watch an episode. And buy it now while it's on sale for $179!

This show is by far, the best I've ever seen. It keeps you very well entertained during the day, and wide awake at night, lol. Oh, and the best part is I caught this on sale for 69.99. What a steal!!!!!!!

I love to watch this televison series, and it is great that I could buy this product to watch all the time. This DVD is very clear on the television. I would recommend this to anyone

I've wanted all 10 seasons of Friends for years, and this year I decided to treat myself. I'm glad I did. I didn't realize how much I missed the series until I started watching.

I think that this was one of the best tv series of all time. I was really sad when they called it quits.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. It got here on time and in great shape. She loved it and has been watching them ever since.
