Don't waste your money. Buttons aren't lit up and are hard to push sometimes. Not enough pre-set options. Already making a noise and it's not even 2 years old. Spend more money and get a better one.

i thought surely i could order a microwave and expect it to be perfect. Nope, like others who previously reported, there was a big dent in the side of the oven it's going back and i'll never order a microwave from best buy again.

Ordered microwave from description online. When I received the microwave, it was not as advertised. The turntable was about 3" smaller than it claimed online. Had to repackage, return to store. What a hassle.

My experience with BB is usually satisfactory....but this unit arrived with box tears and perforations. Opening the box reveled a dent in the side of the unit and the door was out of alignment due to the damage. It works though so I'm keeping it as its to far to drive to the nearest BB and the box was demolished during opening. The interior cooking light is VERY dim and should be brighter so you can see the item being heated. Opening the unit requires quite a bit of force to press the latch in. You need to hold the MW in place with your other hand so it won't move. I don't think that latch opener will hold up with time. For the price I can't recommend this unit. Thumbs down on this purchase. Next time I'll be sure to purchase one at an actual store but I didn't have the time on this occasion.. Buyer beware.

I brought this microwave based on the specifications listed on line. They are ALL WRONG!! Examples: Turntable listed as 14.2 inches, It is only 12.5 inches. Height, Width and Depth are all smaller than listed.

We bought this microwave on 12/10/2016 and the paint is falling off inside. We have always taken good care of everything we own and any splatters or spills are cleaned up immediately. The other day I heated up a bowl of homemade stew for my grandson and when I opened the door a huge piece of paint fell off the inside of the door frame. To make matters worse we paid $39.99 for the 4 year extended Best Buy warranty and now they refuse to fix it or replace it claiming it was due to normal wear and tear and claiming it's cosmetic. This is even though the warranty clearly states... "We fix failures from dust, internal heat and humidity, plus defects in materials and workmanship" Number one it isn't cosmetic hanging or chipping paint on the inside of a microwave poses a fire risk. Number two no where in Best Buys warranty does it say they don't fix normal wear in fact it says the opposite. I would dispute that it was cosmetic anyway since it is on the inside and obviously caused by poor workmanship in the paint application process. Save your money unless you can afford to replace your microwave every couple years because Best Buys warranty is also no good.

I was happy with my new microwave until I tried to defrost a 14 ounce package of frozen meat by weight. It seems I am only allowed to use two numbers. If I press 14 it shows as 1 pound 4 ounces. I tried using a zero before the 14 but that only showed as 1 ounce because it would not accept the third number which would be a 4. My old microwave accepted any combination of pounds or ounces, and it also had a sensor for reheating a plate of food. I am not happy with this product.
