Service man here 2 times in less than a month. replaced fan but didn't solve loud vibration.

price was good, but it runs continually and is quite warm to the touch.. fortunately it's in the garage so it doesn't bother me as much as it would if it were in the house. The delivery men were very nice and very efficienT and They arrived on Time and did a very good job. Door is hard to open for me.

It runs a lot more then my last ones and more frequently. I guess I should have gone with a Whirlpool as I have in the past. You get what you pay for with appliances. for less then $50.00 more I could have had a Whirlpool but had to wait since all the box stores carry the cheaper ones to attract customers. CHEAP IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD!!

It is cold, but missing the middle shelf! Best Buy has not corrected the problem.

This was not my first upright freezer. It is my third in the last 20 years. My purchases were not because anything happened to my other freezers, each purchase I made was for a newer and better model. I read the prior reviews and then decided to return to the store and have them plug store freezer in so I could hear loud freezer noise the other reviewer wrote about. Even inside the store I could tell the noise was no louder than the noise of my refrigerator (and my refrigerator is not noisy). After hearing the low motor sound, I proceeded to purchase the freezer. Upon delivery, it was turned on and the noise was as I had thought, not noisy at all. Regardless to the high/low motor noise the other reviewer wrote about, the motor is not on all of the time. I am very pleased with the freezer. The temperature is great, the size is even better.

I chose an upright freezer because they are easy to organize -- nothing gets smashed or covered up at the bottom. This is the perfect size for our family of four! The price was excellent!

I am satisfied with our purchase. It is a good value. I like the storage in the door, items don't slide out the bottom. Also bottom basket works easily. Nicely lighted, has door lock and LED display for temp. control. The unit is noisy. I would not recommend it for a living space. Ours is in the basement and we can hear it when the basement door is open.

Lots of internal space, shelving space is large enough for bigger items or containers, lip on the edge of shelves helps keep items in place, shelves on door are a nice and useful size/shape. Only possible downside is that the top can get rather warm, so if it's not nestled between cabinets and such you can't really put things on top of it to save space

Perfect size for freezing meats or buying bulk items from the wholesale stores.

Just got the freezer delivererd and it is looking good. In 2 days the temperature has stabilized and there is a lot of space. More than what i had expected from 13 Cu Ft. The Racks are sturdy and can withstand wieght properly!

Freezer is great for storing frozen foods. I wish the freezer had a temperature reading on the front, but all it has is a temp. setting of 1-5. Then lock in the number and a beep will occur if the temp goes below that setting.

We shopped around and looked for scratch and dent freezers but could not beat the $410 for this one -did not want to buy one much bigger than we needed - this one is perfect- not so tiny that its useless like some - has lots of room for us and it seems pretty efficient.

Great freezer for a busy family. Plenty of room for a variety of different frozen products and easy to keep organized.
