I was not home when it was delivered, Girlfriend said it went well but they showed up 2 hours early and She was scrambling to get dressed and wasn't polished yet. It's an excellent fridge, only small complaints. It has NO light in the freezer, no bulb and no switch, it simply has no light in the freezer. It should come with the proper freezer rack that strangely it has provisions for (part number 240358007 thank you previous poster for the info). I just ordered that freezer rack online. It's a little noisy but not bad. It's on wheels! It can move when opening the main door so I'll have to find some rubber chocks or stops to keep it in place. Overall though I like it, glass shelves and seems to have a strong compressor, gets everything cold fast. It looks very nice in black. Best Wishes

The salesman at the store said this was one of their better models. We exchanged it for another one and I'm not sure how that one is doing so far

It does appear that this particular model comes with the following: The fresh food section has two adjustable glass shelves, two clear crisper drawers, along with two fixed door bins and one fixed door rack.
