This freezer is aesthetically pleasing and has done a great job of keeping our items frozen and fresh. However just after a year of owning it, the front temperature unit is broken and has to be replaced. We cannot control the temperature. Thank goodness it is still cold enough to keep our meat frozen or everything would have been lost.

Gotta have it!! It's a game changer in the freezer stratosphere! No more issues with space in the freezer.

Great freezer and it looks very nice, I would highly recommend it.

Works great, but wish it was manual defrost and that I got the older and cheaper version with wire shelves and not glass. Frozen food slides everywhere, on glass. Door shelves could be a little deeper, can’t put 2 lbs of butter side by side, and nothing fits behind it. Won’t even hold box store size bacon on the door. But it works and suppose to save me on energy but it will have to prove that. Never had s self defrosting freezer before and not sure why anyone would.

Great size and quality deep freeze. Keeps food frozen to exact temperature. It’s a little hard to open the door due to the tight suction. Best Buy delivery is always on time and courteous employees.

Nice looking freezer. The rollers were a surprise. Made it easy to maneuver into place. The charcoal goes well with the rest of my stainless steel appliances.

Was looking for a Freezer for a while. When I saw this stand up freezer, I was incredibly impressed how specious it was.

Delivery was on time, delivery personnel were polite, courteous and quick setting up the freezer in my garage. The freezer has lots of room and works great.

Freezer is find. When it arrived it had a large scratch in it. I was given a credit. When I got my bill the credit was not on the bill. Had to spend 40 minutes to fix the error.
