Bought this to replace a commercial upright energy hog freezer. I love the fact I will never have to defrost and this is energy efficient. My only minor complaint is that there should be another shelf or two, but I am solving that with bins from Big Lots. Overall, I am super happy that I will never have to defrost.

Arrived non functioning.
Where is the QC on this unit?
All our frozen food is aa wasted. That's a full freezer full.
Unit acted like it's working. Power on but did not freeze.
Thought it will take a few showers to freeze.
Did not know it did not freeze thill the next morning when ice cream became milk shake.
Placed thermometer to see what's the reading. 47 degree and was plugged in and the light works.
A freezer at 47 degree. I might as well leave it outdoor instead of paying for a new freezer.
Best Buy did replace with a new replacement and seems to be working so far.
I am very disappointed about the amount of $$ lost on my frozen food and no QC check to see if the unit is working before shipping it out to the customers.

I wanted to love this freezer but we've had two issues within the past year- both causing the freezer to thaw out pretty much completely and us having to throw out a huge quantity of food! one within the manufacturers warranty. I know this isn't the case for all but it is for us. otherwise has good door and shelf space and has a nice quick freeze functionality.

We purchased this freezer wanting a stand up freezer for the garage. It meets our needs. It is great for those seeking a garage freezer

Works very well. Rapid freeze is extremely useful as I often wrap dumplings and it helps the dumplings to freeze quicker and before the juice soaks into the wrap and become soggy. The diff spacing in the shelves are very handy for my batch cooking for soup broth

Gets very cold quickly! We paired it with the fridge of the same size and love the look of the two side by side. Also the doors can be configured to open on either side.
