A pool of water collected on the inside of refrigerator underneath bottom bin. Water droplets came out of vent holes in refrigerator also. Noisy motor. It looked great on outside, but lots wrong inside refrigerator.

For water leak issues, we have to check for visible cracks on the water filter. Cracks in the water filter can cause leaking in the cabinet, along with slow or no water at the door. Ensure as well that the door is closed properly; leaving the door open causes air leaks, which can cause the evaporator to ice up, causing water to leak from the bottom. Close the door. The unit should restore itself to normal settings. Your new, high-efficiency unit may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate that your appliance is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make these sounds more noticeable. You will see normal operating sound on your Complete Owner's Guide on Page 22. One of the worst appliances I have ever purchased. I would definitely not buy this again. The water tray cracked already and we do not have it hooked up. One of the indicator lights has never worked.

It is broken. Does not work at all. Trying to contact Best Buy since the installation and no success. I want it to be replaced, ASAP, as I don't have my old one that was working fine.

We love the fridge..it is what we wanted and had been looking for. The storage is awesome. It doesnt take long for drinks to cool down. Couldnt be happier.

I was lucky and got a good one. It runs well and Quiet. makes small ice cubes which I prefer. it is small, but needs to fit in a smaller space so that's why I bought a 33 inch

This fridge is ok ! But the ice maker is worthless ! It takes forever to make ice ! Had so many issues that best buy replaced my fridge the new one throws a little bit more ice but still not enough

do not buy, they are trash not Best Buy but Frigidaire. I bought one in Jan of 2025 new it stops working in April of 2025. I had four repairmen, come look at this refrigerator it water leaking in the back onto the fan, they had to put in a new motherboard it was all under warranty, now they say I need a new compressor...Now they are telling me my refrigerator is not under warranty and I only had the paper WT for 4 months

I've have this refrigerator for two years. It has repeatedly cooled the refrigerator section to below freezing, sometimes as low as 25 degrees. Repairmen from Frigidaire have unsuccessfully tried to fix the problem twice. They promise that they will replace it if the third attempt fails, per the terms of my $324 extended warranty. But the next time I buy a refrigerator it will be from a company that does not sell me a lemon.

Good refrigerator

Item delivered broken. Best Buy sent someone out to fix it who said it wasn't fixable and they would be back with a replacement refrigerator. 2 months later, still no refrigerator. When contacting Best Buy, they said there is nothing they could do because it was out of the return timeframe, even though we have been waiting for a replacement since day 1. They also said that it wasn't their responsibility because they hire a third party to go out for repairs so they can't control what the repair company says they will do. I finally got a working refrigerator but will never be back to Best Buy for anything.

Poor design

The freezer drawer falls off and gets jammed on the bottom. I had best buy come out to look at it and they told me it cannot be fixed because it is just poor design.
