Dishwasher worked for a week and started having errors every time. Best Buy customer service refused to help and forced us to contact Frigidaire directly for service. Had to wait another 2 weeks for service. They came out and Best Buys istaller just crumpled up all the drainage tubes causing kinks and leaks. Didnt bother to even arrange them.

I bought this model to save money on a panel-ready dishwasher and because I opted for all Frigidaire (Whirlpool) appliances. While I was able to attach a panel and save money, it doesn’t clean well. I've been using this dishwasher for over two years now and, thankfully, I haven't had any major issues. However, my previous dishwasher was an old Bosch and, trust me, for an extra $400, I would switch back in a heartbeat. The oven I purchased from Frigidaire is even worse than the dishwasher. So this dishwasher deserves only 2 stars because I have to manually clean some dishes or silverware before putting them in the dishwasher and with some cycles, when i open it, they are still wet. I don't have any pictures because I clean them manually now, but it's really annoying.

I always have a great experience with Best Buy. The young lady who helped me was amazing. I love Frigidaire, she did not attempt to redirect me to another brand; I appreciate that. The dishwasher, I love Frigidaire. It’s a brand that is very underrated. Frigidaire is quality and durability.

I like the way it is set up as far as the settings go and all you have to do is pull the door open, there is no latch you have to push to opened it with.

The top propeller is to low and the top rack gets stuck and doesn’t close (see picture- it’s a pretty big problem if you can’t close the dishwasher). And yes, I did have a professional install it. That and the drying quality is very bad. After reading other reviews here I can confirm if you add a “rinse aid” that does significantly help- but wish I would have known that prior to the purchase.

The installor, damaged my property and the process of getting reimbursed is taking forever.

This is a fantastic option for a new dishwasher. It is affordable given the competition. It has 3 shelves for optimal usage. It is quieter than the GE unit I replaced. It cleans the dishes well. I would absolutely buy this unit again. The only downside is there is no light or indicator when a cycle is done and my counter covers the top control panel when closed. I solved this with a humorous magnet.

The delivery was prompt and all was well. I installed it myself since I was replacing the old one. FYI, I am a senior DIY woman. I had hoped that all the connection parts were interchangeable, however, the water line connection was not the same. The instruction wasn't very complete for the fitting size. I had to make trips to the hardware store twice before getting the right size fitting. One of the leveling feet broke so I had to use a shim. Otherwise, the installation was easy. The new dishwasher is much quieter. The old one was still working but it was a builder grade and loud. This one is not the top of the line but does a good job of washing. The annoying part about this one is that all the racks don't slide smoothly. They stick and I have to lift and jiggle them to pull in and out. The utensils basket on the bottom rack is a pain. It constantly tips over and catch on the side of the dishwasher frame. There is no visible sign when the dishes are cleaned. I have to peak through the top of the door to see if it is done. Maybe I need to get used to this machine, but it isn't as satisfying as my other dishwasher at my second home, of different brand but similar specifications (one year old).

Definitely an upgrade from the dishwasher that was in my house when I moved in. Installation went smoothly on my own. It runs quietly and cleans very well. Selected this for the third rack on top and it is a really nice feature.

Dishwasher did not dry dishes!! Also collected water and moister in dishwasher which left a smell. Cleaning was good. It was very quiet and I like the convivence of the 3rd rack. However this Dishwasher has to be returned. Unable to handle Wet Dishes!

Unit came as expected… excellent value for features, fairly quiet, washes and dries adequately! Bit of a pain to install, but they always are… might recommend installation if price is right.

Purchased based on pricing and the stainless tub. Placed order at the end of January and was delivered end of April. FYI if you are needing a dishwasher in a hurry. Quieter than the washer it replaced (49db vs 54db), does a pretty good job washing. Glasses come out clean, but overall, dishes don't come out as dry as we would like - even with the heated dry option turned on. We use dish powder in the soap dispenser, and after every cycle at least half of the powder is caked up and still in the dispenser. The box of soap is new and dry, we have soft artesian water, and aren't filling the dispenser to the brim. Will try using liquid when that box is gone and see if that makes any difference.

Love my new dishwasher! Quiet and efficient. Love the third rack for silverware and utensils. Would definitely recommend.

We have a small house (1100 sq. ft) and the main living area has to be open floor plan- there really isn't another configuration for it. We are renovating our kitchen and I wanted the quietest dishwasher I could find, for the price range I needed, and matching my other Frigidaire appliances. It's a beautiful dishwasher, I love the third rack, stainless steel exterior and interior and I really cannot believe how quiet it is. I run it at any time of day and can watch tv without hearing the dishwasher. I love it.

So quiet! I love having the 3rd rack on top. Cleans and dries beautifully. Very happy with this product!

In short, going from a 20 year old dishwasher to this thing is just amazing. The install was crap hard and the instructions are just really bad but you will manage. It took me 3 hours to remove my old dishwasher and install this new beast. The additional space this thing has, and how quiet it runs this compared to my old dishwasher this is better than expected. This thing has the same specs to a dishwasher that is 300 dollars (or 50%) more expensive, we will see how long it lasts but the quality seems fine I just could not justify the hefty price premium of a Bosch or Miele for a similar machine with similar specs.

This has proven to be a good dishwasher, it has an abundance of settings and the 3rd rack is awesome for utensils and knives. There are fancier machines out there but for everyday use it's perfect!

We are very happy with this dishwasher even though it feels “flimsier” than our previous machine and it seems to take forever to complete a cycle. We are especially pleased with how quiet it is.
