We upgraded all of our appliances to stainless steel (instead of black) & we wanted something simple & modern. This fit that criteria perfectly! My favorite part is the third shelf & metal insides (vs. plastic).

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My kitchen includes a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator and stove, and although this is not from the Gallery line, I thought it would be a good choice, it was not. First, the 3 tray design means all of the mechanical components are closer to the floor. Not an issue unless your electrical hookup runs along the floor, like mine. The second issue is the lower rack. All of the dish supports are close together and will not allow anything like pans to fit between them. I have to lay pans flat which takes up a lot of space and reduces load size. And the last but not least issue is, the dishes are always wet after a wash. I tried different drying agents, extra heat cycles, every possible option on the control panel, nothing helps. The drain line is properly placed and there is nothing in the strainer. Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase. I would have returned it, but I ran out of time.

Gotta Say It’s a Bit of a Disappointment

Then there is the rest: The top racks do not dry even when you put it on high dry. I feel I am being nit-picky about this, but I am not too thrilled that the door is so low to the floor when opened. You have to bend pretty far to put in and take out dishes. I wouldn’t recommend it to seniors or anyone with back problems. The worst thing for me was opening the door. You really need to pull very hard to open the door. Not a big deal except the top of the door has a black strip that overhangs just enough to scrape up your knuckles when you open the door. After cutting my knuckles for a third time I duct taped over the overhang. Not a good look. On the plus side the delivery and install from BestBuy went very smoothly.

I bought a different silverware rack because I hated the one it came with. No matter how I configure the dishes they do not come out 100% clean. I even put it on heavy cycle. I clean the filter every time I run it. And could they make a filter more difficult to clean? It isn’t open ended. It’s like a cup so you have to dig in there and try to scrub around.As soon as I can afford it, I am getting rid of this thing!

Good quiet medium priced.

But the racks are definitely not as sturdy as my previous one. Quality not as good. I wish I had kept the silverware rack from my old one. But I do like the third rack.

Neither of which are low enough to put tall mixer type bottles in. The tines in the racks -top and bottom-dont fold so not much room for odd shaped things. I wish I had spent the extra 300.00 and got the Bosch.
