It seems that it washes for hours, it’s never fully dry, and overall I don’t feel like it cleans as thoroughly as any dishwasher I’ve had in the past

Posted .Hello, SamD! Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with your dishwasher. For optimum performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the High option on the model. During the high option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. This helps the dishwasher detergent remove food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying performance by adding additional rinse aid and increasing the water temperature. We had old one with same brand it worked for almost 8 years then it died on us. Got this one it’s worth price it’s little noisy but not so crazy. It’s working perfectly. This the Produ solves our problem. Also I installed it by my self easily as 123. Whit-in 30 minutes got it up and running. My wife doesn’t care about little noisy. She is happy iit makes me happy. Happy wife happy life.
