Glad I did. They scheduled a pick up of the old one and then delivery and install of the new one. All just in time! It’s a perfect match to the stove.

I figured I could live with that though I was not happy about it, this week it completely stopped drying, and can't get it to work at all

The sound you're hearing is likely due to the normal functioning of the dishwasher, especially during the washing and draining cycles. The water spraying, the pump running, and the motion of the dishwasher’s internal components can sometimes create a noise similar to a rainstorm. This is especially true if the unit is going through a cycle with high water pressure or intense spray.
To help reduce the noise, make sure the dishwasher is level and that the items inside are properly arranged to avoid any movement that could cause extra noise. Also, check if any dishes or utensils are touching or rattling during the cycle.

Tried contacting Frigidaire, got endless hold times. Glad I was still within the return window, returned the product and exchanged it with a different brand. The other brand is cheaper, but has more functions than this one!
