I literally have to hand dry everything. There is no insulation blanket on this model so it cools down to fast and condensates the interior.

I bought a NEW dishwasher and not anything else.

Posted .Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your dishwasher drying your dishes. Are you using the heat dry option along with a rinse aid? The HEAT DRY option in combination with rinse aid will enhance drying performance. Rinse aid is proven to greatly improve drying, reduces water spots, and filming. We also recommend ensuring the incoming water temperature is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
