I’ve never seen such a basic dishwasher. None of our drink wear fits in the top shelf. It is so loud too. Installation was a nightmare. Installer said I needed a water hose not included. Told me the cost was $60. I looked the hose up on Amazon and the price was $14. I told him that and he said sorry but that’s his price. Said he could just leave the dishwasher uninstalled.

THE WORST CHOICE EVER!

After washing, the food is still on it! I have to wash everything by hand all over again...so why have a dishwasher? It only takes up space and is an expense and more than anything, an aggravation!!

Dishwasher leaked, never dried the dishes, completely, and was really rickety. Looked so it would break from day one. Not a good dishwasher in any case, plates, or not spiking clean.

There are a few reasons why your dishwasher might not be cleaning effectively, including a dirty filter, incorrect detergent, improper loading, or the wrong cycle or water temperature. To get the best results when using the dishwasher, ensure not to overcrowd your dish racks to allow proper water and heat to flow through the appliance. And always make sure that the items are loaded properly. Large items on the bottom rack, and small items on the top rack; there should be space between the items to allow water to flow. Pans, cups, and dishes should be loaded facing down. Utensils should not be nested. The spray arms should not be blocked, allowing them to rotate freely. Also, we recommend checking the filter/glass trap to ensure it isn't clogged or blocked. If the unit is connected to the garbage disposal, please ensure the knockout plug is removed. Also, please ensure there are no kinks in the drain hose and that the hose is installed at least 32" above the floor, with no air gaps or clogs in the drain hose. Rinse aid improves drying, reduces water spots, and prevents filming. With it, water sheets off dishes rather than forming water droplets. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels. And you can also select the normal wash and high-temperature wash pads along with a rinse aid agent for improved drying performance. Regarding the stainless steel front appearing blue—this is unusual! It could be due to a protective film that wasn't fully removed during installation. If you haven't already, we recommend checking for any remaining film and peeling it off carefully.
