Posted .Good morning, 1234! I do apologize for the difficulties you’re dishwasher may be causing you at this current time. We do suggest to make sure the water temperature to the appliance is set between 120*-140*F. This is the minimum temperature range that the water supply must reach in order for the detergent to dissolve completely. Also, make sure the filter trap at the bottom of the unit is free of debris. You may also want to clean the unit by running a hot water/dry cycle with no dishes inside, and throw in 2 cups of white vinegar in the unit. This cleans the sprayer arms, and the unit and also deodorizes the unit. If you are still experiencing concerns, please try changing detergent's to a gel or liquid detergent. Powder tends to build up and corrode parts of the unit. If you still feel there is a concern of sorts with your dishwasher, please contact us at 1-888-203-1389 Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm and Sat 9am to 6pm EST. –Jennifer

Used this in a rental, so admittedly the tenants may not have taken the best care of it. Regardless, the pump needed to be replaced shortly after 1 year. Same problem acting up after 2 years.

He feels that the quality is not great but I told him that he can't expect much for the price. I was not there to install or test the washer so I can't tell about the noise level, but so far, I haven't heard any complain from my tenant. Also, I purchased this unit based on other reviews & ratings.

My husband and I were able to get it connected with no issues and ran it for a full cycle to check for leaks and to guage the noise level. It filled and drained just fine, but the noise level was almost overwhelming. I really wanted the model above this one but best buy did not have it in stock, the noise level I am sure would have been much better. Overall is is worth what we paid for it and I am sure it will do the job just fine.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am so disappointed in my Frigidaire dishwasher that I bought at Best Buy since the dishwasher arrived the top drawer has been broke, I spent over $300.00 on this dishwasher including install and have been just putting up with this cheap piece of garbage ever since. The top drawer falls out of the holders that hold it in place and guess what I have to go out and replace it, and due to financial strains I am in misery because of dishwasher which I need badly. I am going to go buy a new dishwasher soon, probably not from Best Buy(which I am not blaming them for this disaster) just Frigidaire the maker. Do not waste your money you will be out of a lot of money and upset like I am.

The price was great. I was okay with the reviews that I had read, so I purchased it. I have only had this machine since Memorial Day, 2014, and already the top shelf is broken.. The parts are all plastic and now the top shelf needs replacing after owning the machine for only 2 1/2 months. There is only two of us in the house so I do not run the machine that often. This is the only complaint that I have. Otherwise, it is a fine machine. I would definitely recommend if it were made with metal insides.
