The door lock on the washer lid takes several minutes to release if you need to add something or when the cycle is finished. Bestbuy was relatively disorganized with regards to the window of time for delivery although the delivery guys were great once they got here

Hasn't eaten any socks or caught fire, and clothes are coming out clean/dry appropriately. If size is a concern, you're good here. It'll fit into any realistically sized closet without issue.

This review is about the delivery. The process was great. The date was confirmed when I purchased the product and by email/text the day after. Leading up to the delivery I would receive regular emails and a phone call to confirm the address. The day before they sent a text narrowing the window they would arrive. The day of the delivery I received a text an hour before stating the time they were arriving along with a phone call from the driver 30 minutes before arrival. Both delivery men were courteous and efficient. I would definitely have an item delivered again by Best Buy.

Stay away, broke within a month

Best Buy installed it fine, but just the lack of quality control is alarming. After 3 weeks of owning it and lightly using it, we had to contact customer service with Frigidaire and they were horrible. Lazy techs took 3 times to change the parts needed. Waste of time and quality service.

We purchased it with the owners permission but after it was delivered the owner change his mined. Best Buy was great about taking it back and we exchanged it for one, a second one for out home. Best Buy is the best for returns if you have too.
