Like all reviews, I can only compare this new range with what I previously had which can be rather subjective. Over all, I found this range to be an improvement over our last range (10 yrs old) and It had a lot of new features. Pros: Convection Oven on Top (most have the convection oven on the bottom). Equal Size Ovens (both will cook up to a 26 lb turkey) Warming Element (you will be surprised how often you use it). Instant Boil Element (it comes to a boil much faster than reg. element). Burner Elements match the size of our pans (both large and small). Hidden Oven Elements increases usable oven space (makes cleaning much easier as well). High Lip or Ridge around stove top keeps spills contained. The Oven Temperature is very accurate and bakes very evenly. Anti Smudge Stainless works (stainless steel is a real misnomer). There is a "Hot Element" indicator for each burner. Cons: Expensive! The reg price is twice that of a single convection range. (You must really want or need the second oven to justify the cost). The Electronic Oven Control Panel is small and cluttered. (It's at the back behind the steaming pots and pans). The All Black Cook Top does show spills and spots more than the cook tops used by other manufactures. (If you apply the top cleaner as directed before using the stove top it is definitely easier to clean). The "Chime" used in the Range is the same as the one used in the matching microwave. (This can present problems Identifying which unit is signalling what).

Cooktop gets hot enough to do a good stir fry. Surprising for an electric range. The burners register heat range between 1 and 10 at .5 intervals which is so much clearer than guessing. Ceramic/glass top cleans up very nicely. I like the fact that the burners are regulated by nobs but the oven is operated by a touchpad. The nobs are so quick to adjust which is useful when cooking because i constantly like to change the temperature. Digital controls for the oven are intuitive. Appreciate two equal size ovens each with two racks. Bakes in the expected time with accurate temperature. Ovens preheat rapidly. I cook and bake all the time. This range/oven is a joy to work with. Very attractive unit that has plenty of stainless steel on the facade to offset the glass windows. We liked the quality construction of this model compared to other manufacturers who seemed to assemble their ovens with less precision. This Frigidaire range/oven is well designed for an avid cook. I love it and would highly recommend it. Priced a little higher than some double oven/ranges but worth every penny.

I was so happy when I found a double-oven option that was affordable and looked great, which was a whirlpool. But the Whirlpool didn't have a convection oven (I thought it did when I bought it). So, I returned the Whirlpool and purchased the Frigidaire which has the convection on top and conventional oven on the bottom. Love that feature. I love cooking with a convection oven! However, the Whirlpool cooktop was made from a different material than the Frigidaire and was MUCH easier to clean. The Frigidaire cooktop is much harder to clean. Other than that, we love our new oven and can't wait until Thanksgiving to put both ovens to work at the same time. Burners heat up fast. But I wouldn't mind a temperature sensor for the oven. AND, the BestBuy salesman (Eddie) was awesome and very helpful. BestBuy did a great job of making me a happy customer.

The stove performs really well. I love the freedom of being able to bake two things at two different temperatures. The convection oven and the regular oven both seem to work perfectly. It looks fabulous, this stainless steel is smudge-resistant and cleans up very easily. I have no problem cleaning the smooth stove-top and I have it down pat now. I completely disagree with those who say these smooth tops are impossible to keep clean. IF you do it correctly, it is easy to keep it looking great. For regular stains or spills, a sponge with some Dawn and water will wipe it up perfectly, and if you like it to look good as new, you should then follow by drying/buffing with a soft cloth or paper towel. For bigger stains, I use Weiman Glass Cook Top Heavy Duty Cleaner & Polish, rub it in with a paper towel, and buff with a soft white cloth which I reserve for this purpose only. Weiman also makes a scratch free cleaning pad, which I use very gently with the Cleaner-Polish ONLY for really bad stains. One thing: you must be careful if you let something boil over badly, it may get between the glass panes of the top oven door and you can't clean it , so you should be careful, but then you should be careful with boiling anyway. I admit this is a design flaw, but it wouldn't stop me from buying this stove or recommending it highly. Stove looks fabulous too .

Love the new double-oven. Very easy to use, tons of preset options for cooking in the ovens. I really like the two big burners up front, and the three small ones in the back. Very sleek. The oven space is great, plenty of room to roast a turkey and use the other oven to bake/warm everything else! Just wish the finish on the cook-top was more forgiving and wouldn't show watermarks. Oh yeah, the burners heat up very quickly which is super nice.

Appliance fits well in with the rest of room decor and seems to work well. But I am a little disturbed about the scratch wear shown on top of appliance surface where the burners are located; even after applying cleaning product. I am experienced with self-cleaning ranges since I previously owned one for approximately 15 years. Finally, I do like the double oven capacity.

The top and the ovens heat up very quick. There's a little bit of a learning curve and we did over cook some food at first. Now with the convection oven I have noticed the food is more evenly cooked and so much faster. Much better than our old range. The one problem is keeping the top looking clean. The black is easy to get spotted and doesn't look so new after using it a few times.

I am so pleased we splurged on the double oven option with convection. It has been wonderful. Our oven went out the week before Christmas and this was a perfect replacement. The cook times can be quite shorter than a traditional oven because the space is much smaller, so keep an eye on your food as you adjust to the new oven. It looks very sleek in the kitchen and works wonderfully. Very happy.

Very nice and price is great. The two ovens are equal in size unlike other brands. This range heats very fast.

This range seems fine and its features seem to be everything we need. The convection feature within a small space was feature we were looking for within our budget. It works great for heating and browning. It was priced very well for what it has to offer. It is however, very difficult to keep clean. We have been struggling with the glass top from day one. There is also a rubber seal that surrounds the top. This is a major blunder (in my opinion) as its also very difficult to keep clean. It tends to hold on to dirt more so than allowing us to wipe it down, as one would expect. I don’t recall these issues on our last glass top range. I don’t think we have regrets (a least not yet) but we have some concerns and probably should review the manual for recommendations.

I bought this oven for my wife for Christmas. It arrived just in time for our big Christmas dinner. It cut our cooking time in half. It only took us a few hours to cook a complete meal for 10 people. The stove top heats up extremely fast. You really have to keep an eye on what you're cooking. The heating features are very convenient. The owners manual specifically tells you what settings to put the stove on for specific cooking tasks. This oven makes cooking a breeze. I haven't found any problems with this oven yet & my wife absolutely loves it. If you like to cook, you will LOVE this oven.

I have wanted the double oven for the longest time. It cleans easy, heats fast and the controls are easy to use.

This was spear of a moment purchase. Was a open box purchase and I have been looking for a double oven so baking at christmas would be easier a quicker. The instant boil is a nice feature and brings the water to quick boil. The oven heats up quickly due to be a convection oven. It is interesting that it has a pizza and chicken nugget button.

Love my new range, the glass top cooking surface is easy to use and keep clean. The double ovens make it so easy to prepare multiple items at one time,

Lovehaving two ovens that I can cook differnt things at different temperatures in. Makes cooking dinners so much more enjoable. I like the ability to change the size of the burner elements as needed and the rapid boil feature is great. I like the warmer burner feature as well.

originally was out to purchase a stainless steel frigidare range to match my recent frigidare fridge- was not impressed with the lower priced models ( knobs on range looks so cheap) went for the double oven for the look and so glad I did. when we have company will never have to worry about baking/broiling,etc since I now have TWO ovens.

We have just recently purchased the Frigidaire - 30" Self-Cleaning Freestanding Double Oven Electric Convection Range. We were redoing our kitchen and were going with stainless steel appliances. This oven looks great in out kitchen and the double oven is well worth the extra money. I am excited to get to use this oven for cooking thanksgiving! So far it has worked quite nicely. I like that it has a warming option and it is nice to be able to cook two pizza (the kids like cheese and the adults a different variety) at the same time and they both come out cooked evenly. This has saved us a lot of time in the kitchen and prevents on pizza from getting cold while we wait on the other. I would recommend this oven to others. We have had no concern with it thus far.

Wife had been looking at different areas for a double oven with convection. she liked this one because the convection part was on the top oven. it cooks real even and has the elements hidden within the walls of the oven. Also has physical knobs which make operations easy.

I have been wanting a double oven forever but stayed away because you seem to lose a lot of cooking space. Not with this oven - both ovens can hold a full size turkey. I love the convection feature and the no fingerprint stainless steel. Great purchase.

I absolutely love the convection oven but really love having two ovens. The cooktop is wonderful and the quick boil element works so quickly. I don't have a thing about this stove that I don't like! I absolutely love it!
