Terrible product. Product failed within first month. Best Buy wouldn’t take it back so had to work with the manufacturer for a replacement. After 8 months they offered me my original purchase price back less taxes paid and I was responsible for paying for and disposing of the original. Terrible customer experience from Frigidaire and Best Buy. Avoid this brand.

While the unit looks nice, minus the dents resulted from shipping, the unit has a tendency to either freeze liquids (37°) or produce and leak water (39°), after just 3 weeks of use. I will be returning.

Didn't work, but Best Buy refunded my money. It was a bit of a pain loading it up to return it to the store, but the return process was quick and painless.

The fridge arrived dented and had a damaged back leg, but with a felt pad underneath it was fine. The fridge held a lot of cans and bottles (on the bottom) and kept temp well. However, after 11 months of constant use, it lost power (cooling, circuit board, compressor, the works). Frigidaire called a tech who replaced one of the circuit boards, but that didn't fix. The other circuit board was back ordered and after a few weeks, we requested a refund, which was authorized. Fridge was great while it lasted, but the build quality wasn't good enough to even last past the one-year warranty. Can't recommend unless you want to replace your beverage cooler every year.

Excellent quality. No setup required except placement of shelves. Set at 33 degrees and it has never changed from that setting. Keeps drinks very cold. Looks great in my kitchen. Excellent purchase. Highly recommended.

This is my first product review ever. I bought this unit in December 2023 because it's handsome and the right size for my space. It worked well for about 6 months, but then it began making loud sounds and emitting a bad chemical odor before ultimately failing to keep anything cold. We've now had 4 service visits from two different companies come to our home. The first replaced the compressor and recharged the refrigerant, which didn't work. Frigidaire then sent out a different company who wanted to replace the compressor again, but ultimately concluded that it couldn't be repaired. I've talked to Frigidaire Customer Service at least 7 times over the last 3 months. I often get told that I must wait for their master technician to review the service company technician's report and that they will get in touch with me. After two such responses last week, today's call revealed that the report had never been sent (despite them twice telling me that it had), and that I now just need to wait for their master technician to review the service technician's report. Once that is done, they will get in touch with me regarding replacing the unit. To date, Frigidaire has never initiated communication with me - I am always the one to call. My warranty expiration is up in about a month and I'm very concerned that once it's up they will use that as an excuse to not honor a replacement. The whole service model seems set up as a "run the clock out" strategy, in the hopes that you will just get exhausted and frustrated and give up. It's a handsome and decently price beverage fridge, but if it breaks you are on your own.

Terrible customer service - terrible appliance

I left a review previously when my fridge door arrived damaged but worked fine so we opted to keep it since it was just an aesthetic thing. Come 10 months later — thing totally doesn’t work. It’s under manufacturer warranty but that has been an ABSOLUTE joke. They have sent me servicers 3 times. First guy came and shared we would need a new one. That company never came back. I call Frigidaire/electrolux to see what next steps would be and they say they need to send a different company. Next guy calls the day of the appointment and laughs at me when I mention the compressor went according to the first guy. Tells me it’s a waste of time to come. I call Electrolux again and they try to send me the original company and I explain they already came and the person proceeds to set up the appointment since they need another technician to verify the unit is broken despite me telling them that they are sending the exact same company. Guy shows up and is so confused since he stated he filed the report that we need a new one. I have called Electrolux soooo many times. The wait today to speak to someone was 62 mins. Definitely DO NOT buy an appliance from Frigidaire/Eletrolux.
