This single hose AC is very, very inefficient because is getting air from inside the room too cool the inner radiator and is blowing outside. The inner air is replaced by, guess what, hot humid air from outside. I never saw a piece of AC so inefficient. Please get a dual-hose portable AC or a window one. The only usage of the AC is if you want to cool a basement that is having issues with radon contamination and you want to ventilate the basement by introducing fresh air from outside.

I actually bought this item online from best buy in case I had to return it. I thought it would be easier to return to a local store than by mail. AND as it turns out, it can't be returned to a local store anyway, so UPS has to come get it. And all I can say is they better not try to charge me for the return shipping… This monstrosity arrived in a HUGE box and I was just hoping it was mostly packaging, but no, it's huge. That's not the worst of it. You must attach a garden hose to the back of it and have the hose empty into something to drain the water out if you want dehumidification, ie. if you want air conditioning. Literally, to run the AC you must have the hose drain water into a pan/bucket/? and then you must check that regularly to avoid it overflowing onto your floors, which for me would be a big problem. I had a portable AC before that did NOT require garden hose drainage and its internal water container never even accumulated enough water to need to be emptied. This is being returned immediately. I'm very disappointed that it wasn't made clear about the hose business.

It cost me to much money to my electricity coz before we only pay 100 dollars something every month but when I started to use it our bills is almost 500 dollars.,. in terms of the service of this product i can say its goid coz after 30 minutes the room is already cold..
