I needed extra freezer space, and this product was the right choice. The size is not overwhelming for the garage because it does not require a lot of space. Energy efficient and very practical.

No They have this handy little freezer has been a lifesaver when we seem to have overbought. It keeps everything frozen perfectly and it’s not so deep that we can easily access anything we are looking for. Without a doubt a family life saver.

When deciding to purchase this freezer, at first I had my doubts that it would be or live up to my expectations... but it has exceeded them and more. Got a great sale price at Best Buy, best price found after searching several other online sites for same/similar product. Perfect size, nice and compact (not too big) and fits really well in my front kitchen table room space which adds to convenient use, don't have to worry about placing in the basement, so no having to carry food up and down stairs. Great performance, and keeps foods super frozen, consistently quiet operation except a minor, low and hardly noticeable normal and occasional motor whirring ... just like any regular refrigerator does. Like others I also wish it came with 2 lift-out baskets, but not a deal breaker at all... haven't even fully used the 1 yet. Able to buy extra food in bulk when on sale and now have a place to store it, so this allows me to take advantage of getting bonus points in my food store's gas rewards program to save money on gas purchases too! They also have a 7.0 cubic foot size model , but the 5.0 cubic size is plenty and more than enough for my needs and fits better in space. I love this freezer... consider this one of the best purchases I ever made and glad that I did! This is really a great freezer, so don't hesitate to buy it!... can't say enough good things about it!... by the way, regarding Best Buy delivery and customer service on this product.... it was excellent! Unfortunately, the first delivery the freezer was severely damaged, the chest door had a big gash and was crushed in. The delivery guys noticed and brought to my attention immediately. Decided to let them take it back immediately instead of holding till replaced. Five days later I had a brand new perfect condition freezer, didn't have to call BB, they called/emailed me and scheduled the next delivery that same day. Great delivery persons and customer service! And they arrived each time either exactly at scheduled time... or earlier!

Good as a small, inexpensive freezer. It has only one rack, so you have to stack everything, but that's fine if you don't need to pack it full. It is very cold at a low setting, runs quiet, light enough to move around, and small enough for places with limited space. It isn't Energy Star qualified, but the difference seems to be only a few dollars per year to run, so it doesn't really matter much. Only complaints: 1) the short cord - it says not to use an extension cord and the included cord is not very long, so you have to place it near an outlet, 2) no adjustable feet for leveling - mine is in the basement and rocks, so I put wood under the problem point, but the freezer is so light that it slips away from the wood when the door is opened (not a big problem).

*Firstly, if you purchase this for pick up at a Best Buy the employees are very helpful in loading it in your car. If you have a small car, it may not fit. It did fit in my four door station wagon hatch back in the trunk. I am very pleased with this freezer. It is very silent. It has a red light that I can see under the door when it is shut and the lights are off but it does not bother us. The freezer is very spacious inside and has a few baskets and levels for storage. We have had no issues with temperature, frost, or leaking. It freezes very effectively. This freezer is very inexpensive to run and we have not noticed much of a change at all in our electric bill. After two months of use, we have no complaints about this freezer.

Was easy to set up, controls were simple, only one basket, not too expensive to run, good space inside. No light, is not frost-free and does not have a lock.

So far this freezer fits our needs for a family of 4. It gives us just the right amount of extra freezer space needed. The only add on I'd like is an extra shelf or basket for smaller items. The freezer is so deep that this would help with organization. I love this purchase. With the great price I'm hoping that it lasts a long time.

We are very pleased with this freezer! The price was great (on sale at Best Buy.com for $150) and it works perfectly. I didn't expect it to be so spacious! I love being able to buy a lot of the things we need but didn't have space for before, and now, we have plenty of room! It smells nice and clean, unlike my house freezer which has always (even though it is nearly new) freezer burned our food. Very pleased with the freezer and Best Buy's store delivery service. Highly recommend!

so far we have been very happy with the performance of this freezer. it is working quite well without putting a serious dent in our electrical bill. it is small so easily fits into small spaces. if you are concerned about keeping things organized and such an upright might be more for you. I only gave it a good on featured because there are some out there that have fancier features but if you want a good solid freezer that does the job this one seems to take care of that department

This unit is easy to setup and will fit just about anywhere. It works great for a small family in a small house that needs extra storage for frozen item.

This freezer is perfect for a small house with limited space. It is very quiet. The freezer does collect frost and ice inside. There is no automatic defrost. We use the freezer to store meats and overflow items. I recommend this freezer if you just need a little more storage.

This freezer is serving my family well. I really appreciate the On light indicator which gives me a quick view since it is plugged into one of our garage outlets. The size is perfect for a family needing just a little more freezer space than what a refrigerator unit can provide. Now I can purchase larger quantities of food and cook more often at home. The food is kept at a precise temperature insuring me of food safety. This was a great investment.

I wanted a small freezer for my basement, and this one is perfect. It doesn't take up a lot of room, but it's deep and holds plenty. After Thanksgiving, I had a 20 lb. and a 16 lb. turkey in it, and still had room for lots of leftovers, frozen pizzas, etc. The basket is a nice place to stash smaller items. I've had a much larger freezer that was hard to organize, and I lost track of some of the things at the bottom, but that won't happen with this freezer.

I wanted a freezer that would fit in what little room i have in my apt., this worked great about the size of a washing machine. I renewed my membership to Sams Club just so i could go buy some stuff to put in it. It is very quite, i have to check sometimes to make sure it is on.

This freezer works great and has more than enough room to store lots of foods for a 2-person household. It's quiet and doesn't take up a whole lot of space. We keep over 50 pounds of meat in ours and there is plenty of extra room.

After careful shopping online, I selected this product. I wanted a small freezer to provide extra room to store frozen products so I wouldn't have to go to the store very often.Because it is so hot here I didn't want to have to put a freezer in my garage. This one seemed to fit my needs. I ordered it online and went to the store to pick it up. It was carried out to my vehicle. It is a very convenient way to shop.

For the price, this is a very good sized freezer and holds everything that I have. I just needed a freezer for the sole fact that there was never enough room in our refrigerator/freezer since I have 2 roommates and we ultimately end up going shopping right around the same time. I love how big this freezer is and it works perfectly. It only took around 2-3 hours for it to actually get cold enough for all my stuff even though the recommended time is 4 hours. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this freezer after stocking up on meat for the winter and not having enough space in my refrigerator's freezer. I ordered it and was able to pick it up at Best Buy the same day. All you have to do is plug it in and wait 4 hours. I filled it to the brim and on the medium setting all my meat is frozen solid. I have had it for a month or so and there is only a slight bit of frost inside. I'm very happy with the freezer.

really holds alot, nicely divided and efficient. I bought this unit as a gift for family that lives in an 2nd floor apt. and they love it! It was easy to transport and no assembly required.

Great value, It's not feature rich and can't expect more its price. Works like it should and is very quiet. Another basket would have been nice. Set freezer control 3/4 to 7/8 the way up, takes overnight to reach minus 4 degrees.
