The Frigidaire chest freezer is a nice compact freezer. The size is great and it freezes good.

I'm single, so don't need much freezer space, but when I have a gathering at my house, need to have plenty of ice and maybe some room for ice cream or other frozen foods. This is a compact freezer that fits well in the space I have for it and fills my needs exactly.

My new bride and I bought one in 1997 and it still runs like it is new. Our family has finally outgrown it and we are passing it along to another family member. Great buy!

Overall, good efficiency and space for the cost. Although Frostfree would be ideal, it's simply to defrost and drain if needed.

I needed something small that could fit in the garage and store the overflow from my freezer. I like the little drawer/basket also. I put the popsicles there for easy reach for the kids.

I was able to get a great deal from it being on sale, then using my reward coupon, which saved me an additional $25 off! It was so worth the price and great value. I did shop around and other competitors pricing, even the well know stores who slash prices were above Best Buy's deal! I'm very happy.

An electronic thermostat would solve the left side mount problem but that would raise the price by about $20 -$25. Alternatively a front mounted analog thermostat could be hard wired to the control unit for about $2.

I'm surprised that frost is forming around the inner lid. Wondering if the seal is bad

this was a good buy for me, i just needed a little more freezer room since my grandkids moved in and it is working out great. i liked the price and size, so far it is working great.

We were in need of more freezer space on a tight budget. This freezer was good for the value. It has given us that extra space we needed. Only set back is it does not auto defrost.

The freezer is very spacious for a small household. It runs quitely and doesn't seem to use a lot of energy to operate.

It's a box that freezes things. Whether it is good or bad depends on how big of a box you want...
