    This range replaces a virtually identical 5 year old GE that had a cracked glass cook surface. The replacement part was $450. Given that price and the fact that the oven was dirty and needed cleaning (even a self cleaning oven requires elbow grease), it made sense to replace it. Even with the crack, a smooth glass top is so much easier to maintain that I would never go back.

    Worked fine for us until, one day the glass just shattered. The oven was not even on it just shattered. Called Fridigaire, they had it all fixed no issues since.

    Stoce and oven work great. Drawer on bottom is cheap and doesn’t close properly.

    I was wanting a flat top stove. So I got this one for the 5th burner. The glass after a year and a half does have some wear and tear. But other than that it makes yummy treats.

    I like the preheat option. Took a little gettin used to. Especially pushing the start. Only issue is keeping the cooktop clean. That is an issue in itself.

    Great item for the price I paid. The pan drawer on the bottom does seem a little unsterdy but for the price I paid, I’m not going to complain. Other than that I love this stove

    Very pleased with this range. Everything seems to work well and with one minor exception, it’s intuitive to use even from the beginning. I was surprised that the oven shuts off when the timer ends. Often I set the timer for before my dish should be fully cooked so I am reminded to stir the food or simply check progress. So I use an external timer which is a minor inconvenience.
