I ordered the freezer online and picked it up two days later. Picking up was hassle free. The freezer is exactly what the add said it would be. Te freezer is roomy, yet compact. i am very pleased.

sensible purchase; I am able to buy in bulk and save; doesn't take up much space; sleek and elegant. would have loved a choice of colors.

We've had this freezer for over two years and it's worked very well. It has plenty of space for a family of 2-4, and it has never fully frozen through. I love it.

This chest freezer is a truly great buy - very affordable with a lot of storage room for anything from a 25 lb turkey to a small tv dinner. The two movable bins at the top keep smaller items close at hand.

2 months after I purchased this freezer from Best Buy, the compressor went out on my fully stocked freezer. Good thing I bought the protection plan, right? The geek squad took my info and sent out a repairman. He could not fix it in the span of 3 Weeks as parts needed to be ordered twice because they were not Frigidaire parts. In the meantime, my food loss claim was put on hold because the model numbers didnt match what the geek squad had in their system. After going rounds with the first rep they realized that it was their own system error, 2 weekes after the original 7 to 10 business days had already passed, that he would resubmit my claim. I called 2 Weeks later to find out that hadn't done anything but update their system with the correct model number and my claim remained untouched. I was transferred a number of times and was promised that I would have my check in 10 days. I then get a call from the repairman stating that Best Buy told him that this freezer just should have been replaced. THEY CALLED HIM AND SENT HIM TO MY HOUSE!! What a horrible experience. I bought the freezer in early Feb 2012. I just got the okay from Frigidaire to head back to Best Buy to pick out a new freezer and it is now June. I have learned my lesson. They gave me $200 for the food that I lost. Why make me inventory everything if you will only give back $200? Your customer service is a joke. The ball was dropped and I am the only one that is at a loss. Never again!

Price was good, freezer works great, and the delivery personnel were awesome.

I have to pickup from store since it arrived from wharehouse, but I wanted to say that I only paid half of what it cost due to a $100 gift card I received from buying a laptop computer. Amazingly, I was getting ready to buy a freezer from someone that was used for about the same price smaller size...now I have a new, limited warranty of 1 year, ready to store edibles for my outdoor living room and kitchen grilling area..Awesome cost with discounts:0)

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought this freezer. 37.25" is too big for my space. The spec says 35", as does Frigidaire's web site (so it's not Best Buy's fault). In fact, the depth and height are also off by 2" to 3". This may not be significant to some, but it appears that there are at least two of us for whom it is. I need to return this freezer.

I just received my freezer but must return it, as the actual width measurement is 37.25", NOT 35" as described under the specifications page.
