Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered the first unit and it arrived open with significant damage. Customer service had me on the phone for an hour all to tell me to return it to the store. The store tried to refuse the return saying it was purchased online. They finally ordered me a replacement unit which was also damaged. Off to the store again to return AGAIN

Best Buy is the Worst Buy

Buyer Beware: if you reside in a cooperative, condo, or townhouse, Best Buy will not complete a certificate of insurance that is provided by your management company. Best Buy maintains its own certificate of insurance, and will only complete its document.-not the document provided by your management company. As a result, the a/c was not installed . Horrible.
