It has been awful from the beginning. So far they have replaced the top electrical panel. Attempted to fix a poor performance issue, inability to rinse efficiently or dry completely. Fixed the issue of water returning to the machine while sitting empty during the day. This morning went to empty the machine as usual. It was still running! No water in it. Dishes unwashed and continued to run even with the door open. Had to shut off at mains. Apparently the sensor "anticipates a potential leak" according to the seriously great guys at Geek squad. Another repair appointment tomorrow. Another day of waiting.. I believe we use this machine correctly. Don't over fill it. Even pre-wash the dishes (ridiculous). Keep it full with rinse aid, and it is still is AWFUL. If you plan to buy it- get the protection plan. It will save you a lot of time/money and frustration. If I had the opportunity for a "do over" I would buy a completely different brand. Its been 2 years of unhappy ownership.

I repaired the leak myself rather than wait another 2 weeks for a replacement. Not what I expected for a "new" unit - very disappointed.

The door comes all the way down to the floor. When I use the Heat option for drying, by dishes are still all wet. I want to return. Want is the point of wet dishes.

Posted .Hey DISNEYFAN, I understand that you feel that the dishwasher is not drying the dishes properly. I would recommend checking a few things before a new service provider is scheduled. Check and make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years, Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increase the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Hope this helps!

The tub and dishes were soaking wet. My original purchase date was 9/27/2020 but it was not delivered until 11/16/2020.

Posted .Hello, Disappointed! Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your dishes are not drying appropriately. It is important to make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Terrible job of cleaning them. Top rack is useless. I am returning this dishwasher after 1 week. Paid $179 to have it installed and now I have to uninstall and have it hauled back to Best Buy to return it then wait for new dishwasher to arrive then pay to have it installed. Very disappointed.
