This i was excited to buy. Now i 100% regret purchasing this dishwasher. It hypes up to be a really good one. It claimes to never need to prewash. So i put it to the test. And let me just say, the "test" i ran for that statement of no need to prewash. Well i had used the dishwasher for the first time and put in just dishedms from that day. Was not overpacked. It is only my husband and i. I cooked loaded and started it. I was very very disappointed and i admit angry a little. There was so much food still on the dishes. And they wernt even dried on food. It was fresh from that day. I have ran it many times over the month we have had it. I have never had such a horrible disheasher ever. And the price i paid for this was outrageous for the awful product we now are stuck with. Do not buy this one. Stear clear it is 100% not worth the hassle or loss of money. I now prefer to wash dishes by hand as they actually get clean. So huge waist of money.

This was a decent dishwasher for the price. Our issue was the electric board which went off and came back in. We decided to return it for a different brand. Decent for the value. Looked nice in kitchen.

Love this new dishwasher, it’s quiet and love the design. I would highly recommend it.

Quiet & efficient dishwasher installed under my Total Care Membership. New unit delivered and old hauled away at n/c.

Lasted 12 months before I had to have my first repair. Washer started grinding and stopping mid cycle. Getting Best Buy to come service with the Geek Squad Total Tech Membership has been a huge pain as well.
The racks are flimsy and pop out constantly. They are not designed well to fit dishes normally and have a very odd setup. Not good for a family greater than 3

This is exactly what we need can i say u cant even hear it run.

I thought this would be a well built dishwasher. However, I was quickly disappointed. Now, I have a machine that only worked for 2 months before leaking and damaging my floor and cabinets. I reached out to BestBuy who informed me they only guarantee the units to be free from defect for 15 days. They gave me several phone numbers at corporate that they said would help, but after being transferred to 8 different people, they told me they couldn't help after 15 days. I reached out to Frigidaire, and have not been able to get help from them yet either.
Oh no! This is not what we want to hear. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review, and please accept our sincerest apology for any inconvenience this may have caused you, as this is not the kind of ownership experience we want to leave you with.

Never owned a dishwasher before. Love all the different cycles from lightly soiled small loads to heavily soiled large loads.
