Silverware doesn't thoroughly get clean. I've tried several options. So disappointed :(. Its only been a month and they wont return it. Unhappy customer.

There are a few possible reasons for the issues you're encountering. For the drying problems, it could be related to overloading the dishwasher, which restricts airflow, or it might be that you’re not using rinse aid or have a low level of it, which can lead to spotting. Additionally, selecting the appropriate wash cycle is important for optimal drying performance.
As for the spotted glassware and plates, hard water can leave mineral deposits, and improper loading may be preventing water from reaching all surfaces. For your silverware not coming out clean, make sure it’s placed correctly in the basket to avoid nesting, and consider whether the detergent you’re using is suitable for your dishwasher.

Solid Dishwasher

The only thing is that in order for the dishes to actually get dry it takes the longest setting which is about three hours when combined with the wash cycle. I just don't think my old one took that long. Love the top rack for lids and misc flat items and the wine glass holders. Has bottle washers but I don't. Have a use for those. Does get pots clean no matter where you put them. I was never able to put glass baking pans and pots in my old one, they never got clean. Overall I am very happy with the dishwasher.

For the sale price it was worth the value. One thing to note if you want to have your dishes 100% dry use the max air flow setting. I think the "eco savings" are the normal air flow and dishes had some water on them without the max air flow.

Feels like it’s made with quality and built to last. The third shelf is such a game changer for silverware, large knives, spoons, and spatulas. It and the layout allow our family of 5 to maximize space and minimize time spent loading and unloading the dishwasher.
