Delivery was 2 hours late but they called to inform of this issue. Fridge works great. Did not start making ice until fridge was at set temps. But once there makes lots of ice. Most quiet fridge i have ever owned. Unless I am standing next to it i can't hear it running. So far so good. Went back to a side by side for the ice making. The french door LG i had before was slow at making ice and ice cubes jammed alot. So back to old reliable side by side fridge.

I love the look of the fridge but the freezer shelves are smart than their previous models which I wasn’t expecting. My biggest issue is the water dispenser is so far out water spills on the floor Everytime it is used.

I purchased this item after a samsung fridge broke. I love this sleek looking fridge. Great scratch resistance up front. The only adjustment i would recomend to fridgaire is larger ice cubes. But thats a personal opinion. It has great lighting and space.the side shelves are very delicate, but this seems to be common amongst all brands now a days.

We love the new fridge because of its size mainly but it also maintains temperature well. The water maker is great! When it was delivered we had to run a few gallons through to clean the filter which took a long time but other than that we love the fridge.

Nice size and design. We have a frigidaire Gallery side by side on our RV and have had no big issues in 9 yeas. Only reason not 5 stars is the door panel arrived dented.

This was a replacement fridge for a rental unit. It works well and fits the smaller space we needed to fill. I've had good luck with their refrigerators in the past and they seem to last several years without problems.

Great refrigerator! Looks good and works very well. Manufacturer put a large hole in side so we had to order a replacement one, but other than that, it has been very good!

Having other brands of refrigerators over the years, I wanted to match the appliances, so I bought the Frigidaire - Gallery. It has ample space and seems to keep things a bit cooler on the freezer side which I like because I have things that I would like colder. I can put magnets on the front but try not to because the finish is so nice! It keeps produce ad fruit fresh for a long time,

I like it, but have not used it for long. I have questions I need answered and waiting for them to come out again. Once everything gets taken care of I think I will really like it.

It seems to be fine so far . There are more drawers than I’m used to so it limits how much I can put in
The ice cubes are smaller than usual so they melt faster .
But overall I’m happy with it

Love the fridge way better then my high dollar samsung.
It broke months after i bought it.
It never kept the right temperature.
Ice maker froze over. Pile of junk.

Only had the refrigerator a month but so far it's been just fine. Many nice features for a reasonable price. Ice maker is a little noisy at times but at least it shows that is it is loading up the ice. No complaints. Very satisfied.

This review is not so much of the Frigidaire refrigerator, but more of Best Buy in general. This has been the worst experience I have ever received when it comes to customer service. I purchased the fridge in June of 2023. Was delivered and installed just fine. 2 months later, began having issues with fridge. Contacted Best Buy Geek Squad and requested a repair. Keep in mind, I had purchased the protection plan on it. They attempted to repair the fridge 4 times (1 more than they stated was required for their junk-out/lemon policy). Last agent even stated that he was submitting a return authorization to Frigidaire to request replacement. After a month of not hearing from Best Buy I called and requested an update. They informed me that no request was made to Frigidaire or the local Geek Squad supervisor. Was told a 5th repair attempt would be needed. 5th attempt was a phone call informing me that they were reaching out to Frigidaire for a replacement, may take a few weeks. Another month goes by. I reached out to Best Buy again and was told that no return authorization was received by Frigidaire, and it was now my responsibility as the customer to contact Frigidaire.
I'm sorry, but I used to work for Geek Squad out of Best Buy store 2503. I assisted with the processing of these types of returns all the time. When I asked how me contacting Frigidaire could possibly resolve this, they could not give me a reason, but stated it was the policy that the customer contact the manufacturer. It doesn't matter what I say to the manufacturer, or what they say to me, as Best Buy is where I bought it, I cannot tell Best Buy to return the refrigerator, the manufacturer should be in direct contact with Best Buy (their authorized dealer) to issue the replacement with THEIR approval number, and I don't have a replacement fridge to swap this out once Frigidaire tells me they authorize the replacement. At this point I was essentially told that I was to be the responsible party between these two companies.
I reached out to Frigidaire at Best Buy's instruction and was informed that a return authorization had been sent back to Best Buy in email and fax format 3 days after they had requested a return authorization. They asked me to tell Best Buy to contact them (again as Best Buy is the authorized dealer and has the product in their warehouses/stores to replace the refrigerator). I spoke with a supervisor who would only identify themself as Suk. Suk called me a liar when I said that Best Buy reached out to Frigidaire and Frigidaire responded with a return authorization number. When I told him that Frigidaire was asking Best Buy to call and confirm the contact information so they could resend the authorization number, Suk informed me that they do not do that, nor would he or anyone else from Best Buy do that. That it was my responsibility to handle this directly with Frigidaire. BTW Suk, you were hard to understand sometimes with how loud your smoke detector was going off.
Update: I went into the store today in person. Mentioned that I had a Return Authorization number from Frigidaire. Supervisor wrote that number on my receipt, didn't confirm with Frigidaire, and issued my replacement. So, if you have this issue, it appears that generating a random return authorization number and presenting it on a piece of paper at your local Best Buy may resolve this issue for you. Best of luck to you and I hope that your experiences with customer service are different than mine. I will be cancelling my Best Buy Credit Card, deleting my MYBestBuy account, and returning my Geek Squad Badge to my local Precinct as soon as I receive this replacement refrigerator.
Refrigerator gets 4.0 out of 5.0 stars, as the unit has defective lights, but otherwise has great storage, good temperature control, and Frigidaire in general was helpful.

Freezer Drawer Tracks do not properly hold drawers even when lightly filled
They are too flimsy.
