Day 1 was fine. Shortly after that a loud noise started to intermittantly happen. It continued to get louder until we couldnt take it any longer and we had service out. The moved some things around but a few hours after they left, same thing. Had to come back and replace the fan motor. Hoping that takes care of it.

Good spacious size for family of four. Water dispenser is great size and fits larger water bottles. Downside is that its louder then other fridges when dispensing water and filling ice maker but likely will get use to sound over time.

I purchased this refrigerator 7 months ago to replace a 20 year old model also by Frigidaire. I was not present at time of delivery, but my wife said they were polite & extremely efficient. I had to install the unit myself due to unforeseen issues with the shut-off valve for the water line ( it broke trying to turn it off ). This refrigerator is great. Quiet, well lit inside, and plenty of space. My wife says sometimes the door is hard to open due to a good seal... but that's a good thing right? My only concern is the accuracy of the temperature display on the door. We had sour cream freeze when it displayed a temperature of 35 degrees. I put an HVAC thermometer in it and it registered 20. For what it's worth... I also prefer the shape/size of the ice cubes over our previous model. If you're looking for a stainless side by side with built in ice and water with a generous capacity... you won't be disappointed with this model.

Works great so far! Really enjoying the amount of storage it had and the lighting inside is wonderful!

Our old refrigerator (GE 25 CU Ft) finally quit after 18 years. We got one model, but it had problems. The ice maker never worked and the Door open alert was on constantly. The freezer light did not work consistently. Sayed set us up with a new one that came out a little less than a week later. He is a good asset for good solid customer service. It has been four days. It is working great as expected. The refrigerator itself is room. There is an abundance of shelf space. It runs fairly quietly. This is a good choice.

Functions well, Good capacity, easy access for ice and water. A little noisy with the ice maker. Drawers are weak.

My second Frigidaire in 14 years , very reliable fridge , has nice LED lighting , enough space and ice keeps ice cream frozen . plenty of shelves . clean look .

Needed a refrigerator to replace our LG that the compressor went out for the second time. Refrigerator works great no big bells and whistles, but does the job.

The refrigerator is great. It did arive with a dent in the freezer door. Then a replacement refrigerator was sent and again there was a dent in the freezer door. When I called to discuss this and just get a credit instea of another refrigerator I was told all they could refund me was $60. At this point I was so frustrated that I accepted it just to be done. More than frustrated!

I purchased this item after a samsung fridge broke. I love this sleek looking fridge. Great scratch resistance up front. The only adjustment i would recomend to fridgaire is larger ice cubes. But thats a personal opinion. It has great lighting and space.the side shelves are very delicate, but this seems to be common amongst all brands now a days.

We love the new fridge because of its size mainly but it also maintains temperature well. The water maker is great! When it was delivered we had to run a few gallons through to clean the filter which took a long time but other than that we love the fridge.

I love my new refrigerator/freezer. Plenty of space for everything. Love the outside water and Ice despencer and the control panel. The ability to know freg and freezer status at a glimpse.

Nice size and design. We have a frigidaire Gallery side by side on our RV and have had no big issues in 9 yeas. Only reason not 5 stars is the door panel arrived dented.

Having other brands of refrigerators over the years, I wanted to match the appliances, so I bought the Frigidaire - Gallery. It has ample space and seems to keep things a bit cooler on the freezer side which I like because I have things that I would like colder. I can put magnets on the front but try not to because the finish is so nice! It keeps produce ad fruit fresh for a long time,

It seems to be fine so far . There are more drawers than I’m used to so it limits how much I can put in The ice cubes are smaller than usual so they melt faster . But overall I’m happy with it

This review is not so much of the Frigidaire refrigerator, but more of Best Buy in general. This has been the worst experience I have ever received when it comes to customer service. I purchased the fridge in June of 2023. Was delivered and installed just fine. 2 months later, began having issues with fridge. Contacted Best Buy Geek Squad and requested a repair. Keep in mind, I had purchased the protection plan on it. They attempted to repair the fridge 4 times (1 more than they stated was required for their junk-out/lemon policy). Last agent even stated that he was submitting a return authorization to Frigidaire to request replacement. After a month of not hearing from Best Buy I called and requested an update. They informed me that no request was made to Frigidaire or the local Geek Squad supervisor. Was told a 5th repair attempt would be needed. 5th attempt was a phone call informing me that they were reaching out to Frigidaire for a replacement, may take a few weeks. Another month goes by. I reached out to Best Buy again and was told that no return authorization was received by Frigidaire, and it was now my responsibility as the customer to contact Frigidaire. I'm sorry, but I used to work for Geek Squad out of Best Buy store 2503. I assisted with the processing of these types of returns all the time. When I asked how me contacting Frigidaire could possibly resolve this, they could not give me a reason, but stated it was the policy that the customer contact the manufacturer. It doesn't matter what I say to the manufacturer, or what they say to me, as Best Buy is where I bought it, I cannot tell Best Buy to return the refrigerator, the manufacturer should be in direct contact with Best Buy (their authorized dealer) to issue the replacement with THEIR approval number, and I don't have a replacement fridge to swap this out once Frigidaire tells me they authorize the replacement. At this point I was essentially told that I was to be the responsible party between these two companies. I reached out to Frigidaire at Best Buy's instruction and was informed that a return authorization had been sent back to Best Buy in email and fax format 3 days after they had requested a return authorization. They asked me to tell Best Buy to contact them (again as Best Buy is the authorized dealer and has the product in their warehouses/stores to replace the refrigerator). I spoke with a supervisor who would only identify themself as Suk. Suk called me a liar when I said that Best Buy reached out to Frigidaire and Frigidaire responded with a return authorization number. When I told him that Frigidaire was asking Best Buy to call and confirm the contact information so they could resend the authorization number, Suk informed me that they do not do that, nor would he or anyone else from Best Buy do that. That it was my responsibility to handle this directly with Frigidaire. BTW Suk, you were hard to understand sometimes with how loud your smoke detector was going off. Update: I went into the store today in person. Mentioned that I had a Return Authorization number from Frigidaire. Supervisor wrote that number on my receipt, didn't confirm with Frigidaire, and issued my replacement. So, if you have this issue, it appears that generating a random return authorization number and presenting it on a piece of paper at your local Best Buy may resolve this issue for you. Best of luck to you and I hope that your experiences with customer service are different than mine. I will be cancelling my Best Buy Credit Card, deleting my MYBestBuy account, and returning my Geek Squad Badge to my local Precinct as soon as I receive this replacement refrigerator. Refrigerator gets 4.0 out of 5.0 stars, as the unit has defective lights, but otherwise has great storage, good temperature control, and Frigidaire in general was helpful.

Overall, this is a pretty good model so far. Pros: lot's of space, nice exterior look. Con's: doors a little off line, water is not very chilled.
