A great refrigerator for our new remodeling project. Plenty of storage and lots of functionality. I especially like the touch screen feature.

We purchased this fridge from Best Buy. First, I’d like to say the customer service was spectacular throughout our whole process. They were attentive, understanding, and helpful. When our first fridge of this model came, the water line was cut. We kept the fridge and used it for the two weeks until a replacement was available to be delivered. During that time, we noticed the fridge was very loud. It would run loudly for a period of time then quiet down for a bit then run loudly again. Additionally, after about a week and a half, we noticed that when you closed the fridge part, it would pop open the freezer part about 1/4”; not enough to set off the alarm or door ajar, but enough to start thawing the frozen food within. When our second (replacement) fridge came, I explained the issues to the delivery guys and had them check the new fridge for these issues. That fridge too had the same issues: loud and door would pop open. We ended up returning and getting a whole different fridge from a different manufacturer.

Love my new refrigerator. Replace the old style to this one….in love with it….

I’ve had three Frigidaire Gallery refrigerators over the years and have always been impressed with their quality and durability. Things seem to have changed, parts feel cheap and I’m not sure that the upgrade to Gallery is really worth it. Delivery was a bit disappointing as well with lots of plastic left on the exterior from being in a hurry and none of the interior unwrapped. Very different experience than I’ve had when shopping local.

Like the fridge it's beautiful on the inside. It seems to have more room than expected. I like the size and storage system for the ice.

I do love the refrigerator although I had issues with it initially. Best Buy Geek Squad fixed those immediately.

It's a great fridge, I have not issues with the features. The crushed ice feature is a plus....

Great fridge! Lots of Space in the fridge and freezer. After running 4 gallons of water from the new filter, water and ice is great! The water comes out cold, but not too cold which is good.

Delivery went very smoothly. The installation was flawless. So far the refrigerator is working great.

There are a few things wrong with fridge. The delivery person showed up instead of geek squad. Then made another appt and that was cancelled. I hope they get it right the 3rd time

This is the second time I’ve opened this fridge. I’m very happy with it. It makes lots of ice, keeps everything cold. What more do you need.

Plenty of space for food for our family of 6. Got mine from the clearance store and it’s in near perfect condition.

Very attractive and well designed! Tall drink dispenser so important. Cute ice cubes! Easy to get to filter and lots of room on the inside.

Needed a new fridge to match our other Frigidaire Gallery appliances. Was in stock, well reviewed and on sale. Hard to beat that and met our expectations and then some.

Great refrigerator. It has so many useful features. For example: the light that automatically comes on when you get a glass of water, or the cooling system not running full when the door is open.

I am very pleased with this purchase. SO FAR there's nothing disappointing about my Frigidaire Galaxy side by side refrigerator.
