This item stopped cooling about 2 months after I purchased it, and Frigidaire fixed it as part of the warranty. Then, it stopped cooling again approximately 2 months after that. Frigidaire failed to show up to multiple appointments they scheduled to make the 2nd repair. After finally agreeing to just replace the item, they then failed to show up to multiple delivery appointments. I then returned the item to my local Best Buy, who refused to give a refund. The store also tried to refuse to accept the item, even though the website says you can return items in-store. The product seems poorly made, which is bad enough, but the terrible customer service was beyond frustrating. After researching consumer reports, I now see my poor customer service experience is unfortunately not an isolated incident. Research and think twice before purchasing an appliance from Best Buy or anything Frigidaire. They were no help at all when a problem arose.

The mailman delivers, BestBuy… not so much.

You had 16 days from date of purchase to deliver a non-damaged product and you failed. You then rescheduled twice and did not deliver 6 days later and you did not call me or email me to tell me the second delivery would not happen. I was without any refrigerator in my house for 8 days and you wasted 16 hours of my time waiting in vain for delivery. When I finally called you for an update, you said you couldn’t deliver the fridge for another 18 days. I then called Airport Home Appliance, completed a purchase with them and they delivered the next day after the purchase. So much for being a longtime loyal BestBuy customer.
