I recently started collecting pops and found out Best Buy had these carebears so I quickly bought this one and the tender heart one as well. Both arrived super damaged and as a pop collector that's a big no no because u want the box as pristine as the item inside it. They reshipped this one and it came actually ok the 2nd go around. The tender heart bear was a different story. I ordered both on Jan 7th I got the good luck bear on the 10th damaged then got the replacement on the 16th. I still hadn't received the tender heart bear once and I kept getting the run around contacting customer support 4 times and eventually spending 2 hours on the phone to find out the item had been pushed back to a delivery date of February 4th. Which would have been fine had I been told that before I wasted all that time and continually being told it would be delivered 2 days later if not to contact them back then waste 2 hours on the phone with them because the lady I chatted to before that canceled my order and wanted me to repurchase it but I had used my Best Buy rewards and I couldn't get the pop for the same price. Not only would customer service not help me get the same price they would not give me any kind of compensation for all my time wasted. I ended up reordering it paying more than I paid to begin with then received it damaged as well and got a replacement and it was also damaged. Very poor shipping and even more poor customer service!!!!

Stands up really sturdy and tall. coloring is a great accurate green. reminds me of my childhood. thumbs up is a perfect touch.

My daughter saw this in store and wanted it, and I happened to find the Chase! So even I was a little excited for that, haha.
