After hours of refreshing this page I was able to get this figure. The store didn't drop any until nearly 2am EST and by the time I was able to purchase, it was nearly 10am. I am not going to complain however because it seems like I am one of the lucky ones. Best Buy shipped her and I received her about 24 hours after purchase, I honestly don't think the charge has even been applied to my card yet and I already have her in my hands. Beautiful figure, very pleased with this purchase, a nice addition to an already large collection of Critical Role merchandise.

I love my Funko Pop, but I can't believe it wasn't damaged based on the condition of the packaging. For an in-store pickup, it's ridiculous for the box to be smashed and torn. I give the product itself 5 stars, but I give Best Buy 3 stars for how they handled it. That balances out to the 4 star review.

Was very excited to see that the box she was shipped in was not too small, and the figure's box was not damaged. There is a small smushed bit in the corner, but I don't think that I big deal, I added a picture of it, so others can see what I'm talking about. All in all very happy with this, and would recommend to anyone a fan of the show.

Funko really did a great job capturing her and Best Buy did a great job shipping this one. Much better to ship in a box than an envelope. I’m so happy to have her in my collection.

I’m an unboxer, but the box arrived in good condition. Paint on Vex looks awesome.

I'm a fan of Critical Role, an RPG web series, and I wanted to get all the Critical Role Funko Pops for display. This particular pop is wonderful in that collection. It's a great likeness of the character, and the details are very accurate. If you're a fan of Critical Role or just like collecting Funko Pops, I recommend this one.

Anyone who collects Pops knows that the condition of the box matters. Best Buy knows this as well, they just dont care. Mine was sent in a poly mailer, crushed. The Pop itself is great, the service is trash.

The Funko Pop itself is super cute! Great details and a nice mold. However, I really do not recommend purchasing Funkos as store pickups at Best Buy. I placed my order for curbside pickup and when they brought it out, the box was completely crushed, hanging open, and part of the actual Pop was snapped off and ready to fall out. I walked into the store and saw like 7 sitting on the shelf in great condition! Why would anyone choose to give one that is so visibly broken to a customer when there are plenty of other options...? This was NOT an isolated incident, but was by far the worst.

Awesome little pop vinyl my daughter loves it so much she us a huge collector so this just added perfectly to her collection

The Vex POP is awesome! It would make a great collector item and/or display with your D&D merch; however, if you are buying one to keep in the box, good luck! My POP arrived in a box that was completely destroyed! (This is a common occurrence in these POPs from BB unfortunately!). The Vex gets a 10, BB gets a 0!

The POP figure itself is gorgeous! Little details sprinkled throughout - even in the packaging. Best Buy, however, did not handle their exclusive figure with care. The box was pretty smashed on one side and the item sticker applied directly to the display window of the packaging was kind of difficult to remove without sticker residue.

People have complained that they got their pops shipped in bags and the boxes were Damaged but my order was shipped in a small box and arrived in great condition.

Been collecting funko pop figures and loved the look of this figure.

I was happy to be able to order this from Best Buy, and am mostly pleased with it. Best Buy, however, doesn't care about shipping collectibles in such a manner as to preserve their value. They crammed this pop into too small a box, then smashed the box and figure inside until it shut, crushing the figure box. I was lucky the figure wasn't crushed.

I ordered three of these planning two for gifts. Good thing I did because one of the boxes was so damaged there is no way I would give it to someone. It also took over a week for my order to be ready for pickup. That aside this is perfect for all critical role fans out there..cant wait for the others later this year. Bidet critters!!!

NIce quality on this pop. It's a great series that should only get more popular with time

This exclusive Vex funko was not easy to get my hands on but worth it. It is so adorable. Although I do which Funko would do a better job with flying type pops since they often break off.

I ordered this with low shipping expectations. But the shipping on this pop was much worse than expected. They fit a thick square box...in a slimmer rectangle shipping box. No bubble wrap. No air pockets/bubbles....nothing. There is no way the lid of the box closed comfortably on the pop...it was taped closed by force. The LIMITED EDITION COLLECTIBLE Box was mangled and destroyed in transit due to the super tight fit in the already too small shipping box. The box window isnt even attached to the pop. Highly disappointed. Contacted customer service. Was met with a 'I'm sorry for the inconvience....but we cant replace it' message. But then 6 days later best buy restocked this pop and have further restocked it. I am a content creator on youtube and was super excited to finally get a Critical Role pop....I unboxed this pop on my channel....and the salt flowed. AVOID BUYING POPS HERE.

I love this Pop! We ordered with another figure and the two came together in a cardboard box, so no shipping issues here. She came attached to her stand as intended.
