This holds up pretty well to most necessary use. However it still is a power cable, albeit a stiff one that you are asking more for it to do. (It only hold onto the phone by the jack and to the sides as no other points to support phone). The cable is strong and can hold the phone’s weight pretty well. The problem is when shock/jerking forces are applied and that’s when it can’t hold it’s shape (the phone is another matter). The adhesive tape from the tiny clips take a bit of work to stick enough to most surfaces but it gives at some point. In all it serves it purpose but proper setup and use can make this a serviceable alternative to dash mounts.

This product is worth buying if you want to see your cell phone hold different positions. Also, heavy duty cable. I give it three stars because, cellphone sometimes falls off charger if not in upright position there is a top heavy problem.

I used this product on my Nissan leaf The function itself works fine. It connects to my car stereo But the cable part is not so flexible and it is difficult to set up depending on the location which I want to put my iphone

Depending on the position of your radio input the weight of this may damage your input. Works way better in my other vehicle. Unfortunately I bought it for my work van.

I wanted a mount up and away from gear shift and between seat cup holders. It works until a strong right or left turn. Then, phone pops off lightning connector. Other than that, it flops around while driving.

Could not withstand the weight of my iPhone 11 Pro Max when I attached it to my elliptical. I had higher expectations... disappointed.

Won’t hold an iPhone promax. Very weak it easily detaches from the device

Sturdy and can be shaped to suit your needs. I have one in each of my vehicles.

I bought this for my wife so she could read the recipe on her phone while cooking. Works great.

Does an excellent job holding my phone in my car. I would definitely recommend it.
