    I bought this when it was on sale. I was already looking to buy one of these. It was about $200 when I was looking to buy it, then I saw it on sale here at Best Buy for $150 so of course I had to get it. I love it. I use it to carry with me when I'm mobile. I'm a graphic / media designer so I love having it to sync with my drive I have at home. I can carry all my work with me now. I love the size of it as well. Its small enough to not feel like I'm lugging around a lot of gear. I'm happy with this purchase.

    This little drive packs a punch. It is very powerful at 7200 rpm. I can count on it not dropping frames during video editing. It comes with firework 800 cord and a USB 3.0 cord. Simply put, if you need something reliable, this is it.

    Love the small size. We have been using G-Drives for years without any problems. They are fast drives, even better then you get the raid version. GREAT customer support.

    7200 RRM DRIVE THATS ALMOST SILENT..... :)

    I've worked in a music studio for over 20 years and this device is a very good 7200 rpm drive that is almost silent and does the job we need it to do in the studio with the ease of being portable. So If your in search of an external hard drive that you want to record your DAW sessions (protools,logic...etc) directly to this is the drive that works perfectly. A Good example of someone who is a perfect match for this drive is any recording artist that has bought a new iMac or mac mini that comes with a 5200 rpm drive. (Industry standard to record audio tracking sessions is a min. of 7200 rpm) So trust someone that knows the ins and outs of todays DAW recordings this little G Mini won't let ya down. Just plug it in and its set up for mac users. No loading any software..........and it comes with all three cables usb 3.0,firewire 400 & 800. Hats off to the G team on this one. Cheers
