Bought in sale for future use, hopefully by end of June, Now ex wife took hers,enjoyed using traveling unfamiliar roads... Expect the same from this one.....

This is the third GPS Garmin I have owned. They have always been accurate and no issues with glitches. The operation is intuitive and well laid out. I also have it auto link with me cell phone which is in my pocket so can answer without picking up the phone. The voice command for all the operations is very good. recognizes my voice with few errors. The volume is sufficient to overcome lots of road noise. The traffic allert feature is very useful. I only took away one star because i was planning on using the Garmin BC 30 with it as a backup camera. It turns out that if you do the power cord for the camera is also the antenane for the wireless camera...and the cord for the GPS is required for the traffic allerts so you loose the traffic alerts with the backup camera ! So I decided against the backup camera...will be looking for another provider for that....to bad. By the way I have owned three other brands of GPS...none of them can compare to the Garmin as far as accuracy and usability.

This GPS has been great expecially since iv had to start traveling for work Has been accurate the sound is clear and the lane guidance is a plus and having lifetime traffic and maps is a must paying 50+ more a year to update maps can add up if you don't have lifetime. The traffic though must be connected to Bluetooth to your phone to work. The suction for the window holds the GPS well unlike the old ones we're u had to mount it to a disk on your dash. Make sure you charge it in your car first I connected it to my computer and it wouldn't come on so I thought my unit was defective but that was not the case I have no complaints so far

My wife got this for me for Christmas and our 1,000 mile trip back home to VT. I really like the warnings for tracks and speed changes. Voice command is a plus and works pretty good considering most don’t understand my New England accent. I still use my old one for work though. This model doesn’t keep a log for my mileage report like my old one does.

I travel for my job and recently upgraded from my Garmin Nuvi. What a difference. I love the fact that the Garmin will tell me in advance which lane I need to be in for an exit and also shows me what it will looks like. I also have it connected to my business phone, which allows me to see notifications like email & text messages and will read them if I request. I am still working on getting use to voice communications with the device. In all fairness I argue with Suri at times. The device is easier to read while driving and also much easier to remove at night, easy release clip on back of device. I also appreciate the amount saved favorites, it allows me to load all my clients and leave plenty of space for personal locations. The device also shows call ID for me. I found it difficult to hear and to be heard when talking using the GPS device and instead use the cell phone.

Traffic guide is great. Lane specifics make driving in and out of traffic easy. Voice command is good

It works better than I expected. It points out routes I never would have thought of. It has voice command which lets you drive without having to keep an eye on the GPS. You can add your own places also accessible by voice command.. Its database of maps is the people that make Here We Go for Android. I had a suggestion about adding a place and there is an Windows app and also they are responsive by email.

Great gps unit. Used it the same day I bought it for a trip to Alabama. Worked great. Shows upcoming turns/ramps and interchanges. Also used the traffic warning feature a couple of times. Saved a lot of time with this feature. Gps allows you to relax on a road trip because you see how far ahead you have before a turn. Allows you to take in more of the trip while driving.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR OUR TRIP TO FLORIDA.IT WAS GREAT TO GET TO WHERE WE WANTED TO.THE GARMIN TOLD US IN PLENTY OF TIME WHAT LANE TO BE IN TO EXIT.

What an improvement over other Garmins. Able to find what I am looking for much more quickly and easily. Great!

Great gps. Ordered it for my boyfriend who drives all over for work and he loves it! It's helpful especially for driving in unknown areas as it tells you which lane to be in.

I needed a replacement for an old Nuvi 550 and checked the 50 LMT out. I took it home, updated and set it up and left for a vacation to Florida the next day. I was very impressed with its performance and ease of use. Voice command and warnings are especially useful! I would recommend this model.

This GPS works great, I love that it has traffic updates. It has a lot of cool little features like warning about sharp corners that are coming up, split screen for exits. It's just so much better than the Magellan that I had, which took me the wrong way a couple times,

A well made product. Setup and storing addresses could be a bit easier as no battery backup requires it all to be done in vehicle. A bit of an annoyance, but that's the only issue. The price was great, and it works well. Particularly like the added features that Pop up', giving hotels and food vendors at each exit. A recommended product. Best Buy assistant was, as always, knowledgeable and honest in his replies to our questions. Love the service, and the patience.

Voice command is great safety feature and the GPS is feature packed. Warns you when speed limit changes and you are approaching photo enforced traffic lights. Bought this as a replacement for my Nuvi which was starting to act erratically and it is a great upgrade

Use this everywhere. We travel a lot and even used in Canada. No complaints.

I already own the 6" version of this item. I bought this GPS for my wife. She has always hated GPS units. She loves this one. The voice command feature is super helpful and makes this item very user friendly.

Perfect size for a small car and great features. Voice-activated commands work well. Software easily updated. The maps are adequate for navigation, though I'd like to see a higher level of detail in future versions.

I bought when traveling in Texas because the older Garmin i'd purchased in Kentucky only had maps for east of the Mississippi. The new Garmin is much faster locating addresses with less steps to put in the data. The screen is nice size and shows plenty of info but not as much as the older one. It only has one slot for information on the right. I usually put distance to destination or time of arrival. The old one would let me show both of those plus one other such as direction of travel, elevation, time of day, ect. The old one also had a password while this one does not. My wife has had two Garmins stolen. One thing I do like is that when you take a different route it doesn't sa, "Recalculating."

Reliable, accurate GPS unit with options. I find the POI functionality useful for trips by adding in specific locations and making them easy to find while traveling. The 5 inch size is plenty big.
