I run an average of 35-50 miles per week, I've done multiple races with this watch. No complaints, very bright and responsive. I have small wrists so I opted for the 41 mm and it fits very comfortably. I wear this watch 24/7 and only take off to charge if I'm showering. I would say the battery life can last maybe 2.5 days with a run each morning. I have no history with no other running/athletic watch so I can't compare this to the popular Coros Pace 2. The Garmin Connect app is very easy to use, so I've stuck with Garmin hardware and had no issues whatsoever. If you are one to run without your phone but would like to have music, this watch can do that. I've made playlists on Spotify, uploaded the lists to the watch and was able to play music via Bluetooth earbuds and just having the watch on me for my runs. Dropped a few times and run into counters a couple times. The screen is holding up fine and surprisingly see no scratches. This watch does give daily suggested workouts and also overnight sleep stats.

Took me a bit to figure out how to sync my music but was able to get it to work. I love that it tracks your pace as your running. It helped me while training for my first marathon. I wish the gps could help map out a course though like other garmins I bought before but overall it's a good watch especially if you want to run without your phone but still want music. Another plus is that it charges super fast and the battery last about a week.

Good smart watch but still have trouble learning how to log workouts. But it’s ok for running and walking tracking .

For those more interested in health benefits than phone notifications, it's the perfect watch. I love the sleep tracker which tracks quality of sleep and recommends length of sleep. I also really enjoy the heart rate tracker and elevation display. It's great to have the option to track stairs in addition to steps. This is an all around user friendly watch that is not over sized and is super comfortable. It does show phone notifications too, in a non-invasive/block-if-you hate-it kind of way.

This watch has a really simple design but a lot of function. It is my go-to watch for anyone who wants a simple GPS running watch. I would go with a different Forerunner if you are looking for multisport functionality.

Love my forerunner. It's very easy to navigate and I love being able to track my training with all this details.

The best companion to run with. The small option was a great fit for my wife and the music allows her to run without bringing her phone.

I purchased this to replace my Apple Watch. I recently began running and realized the Apple Watch didn’t have the battery life to support tracking my runs and hikes. The garmin has so many incredible activity tracking capabilities and the battery last over ten days. Can’t recommend this more!

The best watch you'd invest into! It is very accurate in tracking your sleep quality, stress and monitor your sports activities! Love it for the purpose of self challenge and growth in a healthy matter!

Great linking interface with the phone. I love how it shows the elevation change’s through out the route. All around great watch that shows my progression on my runs over the last couple of months.
