Great watch with outstanding battery life. I was not a fan of the red ring around the bezel and that round complication in the top right hand quadrant. I ended up returning this watch in favor or something that is a bit more muted but I would absolutely recommend it all day if you are looking for a rugged fitness tracker that has all of the basics. Garmin kept it simple with the exception of the two things that I highlighted. This could be the perfect watch for the right person.

I bought the first instinct series and this is what the 3 replaced everything has been upgraded from the one to the three the in between charge times is fantastic I have had it about two months and I have only had to put it on charge one time and it saids 24 days left now yes I know it’s supposed to do that but that’s my point it does what they say and some much more. The connectivity has been improved a lot with my old one it was hit or miss this one has failed so far no issues at all

Very much enjoy this watch, and it does seem to do all that's advertised. There is a learning curve to find your way through all the options and menu's, but I have put it up against the oura ring4 and the health info matches up almost exactly. Great quality, happy with my purchase.

Love this product, this one was bought as an upgrade to the older version that I have of it.

Upgraded from instinct 2s and love it. however if I could name a change I would go with the smaller size. the 50mm watch is just a tad too big and I have a hard time wearing long sleeve shirts which I have to for work.
