Have had 3 magellan GPS prior to buying the Garmin. After learning how to use the garmin am happy with my decision to switch from the Magellan GPS

Voice command feature works much better than the factory system in my new dodge vehicle.

I like the device because it was easy to use. The one thing I didn't like about the device was trying to update it on my computer which it was compatible. I tried to call Customer Service and I kept getting a representative that had a bad connection. I called at least 6 times and got the same response from the representative that there was a bad connection. They need to upgrade their customer service.

After flying from NYC, I was driving on the always-jammed 101 in Silicon Valley, trying to get to my hotel -- and realized that my Garmin was frozen. I was panicking but within minutes I saw a Best Buy sign facing the freeway from the back of a mini-mall building. I took the exit and within 15 minutes was back on the road with a new Garmin (same model). It turned out to be a satellite glitch and the first one was fine after all. But I kept the new one for travel and keep the old one in my car. I've never been so happy to see a Best Buy sign! Smart to put it on the back of the building facing the freeway!

This is my first GPS system and it is very easy to use and fun to use too. I like all the different voices you can use and vehicles there are.

Bought it on Thursday and took it with to DC on Friday AM. It helped us get around the city, find restaurants and avoid unusal traffic problems.

bought this after deciding not to pay for map update on older model. traffic is a plus as is lane assist. good display. like the speed info. Overall pleased with purchase.

I found this GPS the easiest to use and the lifetime updates a big plus. Best Buy had the product in stock at the best price when I purchased it.

This is my third Garmin GPS. My second GPS unit was only a couple of years old, but got bricked when I updated the firmware; the update completely corrupted the internal software controlling the unit. I needed to replace it right away, so I researched a replacement unit and the Garmin I selected was quite close. So I ordered it on a Saturday morning to be picked up in-store; when I dropped by at around 2PM, my GPS was ready and waiting. I then took the unit on a road trip around the Southwest and was extremely pleased with the performance.

The GPS was purchased to replace the one that we had. The new one works great and has lifetime map updates which the old Garmin GPS didn't.

Easy to setup, operate, and see. I utilize it on my motorcycle with a Ram mount. The lifetime maps and traffic are great.

Love it. I have recommended it to others. It directed me when I would not have had phone service

Excellent product with great user interfaces. The blutooth and voice recognition are awesome features that are easy to set up and utilize.

This GPS is reliable and accurate, and it provides a clear visual and audio assistance. We used it for our first trip ever to south California - LA and San Diego, and we are more than happy that we purchased this product few weeks before the trip. It always gave us ample time to prepare for the next action which was crucial in the environment such is LA.

I like this model of GPS because it has voice command, the maps can also be upgrade using the website of GARMIN. In general this it is good product to good price.

Wow what a difference when traveling, takes all the guess out of finding your street addressed, very easy to understand and install, take the stress out of traveling.

If you are looking for a mobile GPS model then seriously consider this model. It has lifetime maps and navigation is easy and intuitive.

Does everything I need it to do.So much better than the one I bought 4 years ago. Easy to use.
