I had a few GPS units by Garmin, all of them had a pin security at start up. This one does not, a bit disappointed but I will get over it, This GPS has hands free phone (Sync your cell to the device) Plus apps that sync to your cell (android app) and can track where you have been and see stats on your phone. I bought this because I needed Canadian Maps for my Toronto trip.

Really like this GPS - easy to upload new maps and easy to use. Worked great on a long trip.

Updated everything from website worked real well, once I figured out how to program it, it worked great. Would have been nice to have documentation.

Easy to use, navigate. The Voice Command feature is difficult, doesn't catch certain voice tones. My husband has trouble with that feature, it just doesn't recognize his voice when requesting navigation. I have no idea about the durability of it, just got it a few weeks ago. I haven't used all the features, commands yet but the ones I have, have been right for the most part.

Still haven't figured it out, only have used it twice, but I believe it's better than my old Garmin

already had a garmin but my girlfriend liked it so much she gave me her magellan gps . i didn't like the magellan so i had to go out and buy another garmin gps. love it

This is the best GPS I have ever had, it is so easy to use and very accurate.

Features such as viewing the next turn, active lane guidance, viewing junctions, and up ahead are very useful important improvements. I am still learning how to access some of the points of interest that I occasionally used on my previous Garmin units. The user interface is a little different from previous models and requires some re-training.

This GPS was for my parents. My dad took this on a drive from GA to PA. Used it around his visit in PA. Was very happy with his purchase.

Not a 5 star rating because of the massive download for the map system. 13 gig, really? I actually had to use a work computer because mine didn't have enough memory.

I really like how easy it is to use, and the traffic part of it really works nice and comes in handy.

While definitely an upgrade from my old nuvi, there are some caveats to this unit. A lot of places seem to be missing even after updating. The good outweighs the bad though. The display is big and gorgeous. Lots of customization options. The voice command feature works pretty well. I found the Bluetooth for using my phone was not that great.

It has the features I need without being overly complicated. One feature I have never found, but would pay for, is the ability to link to a computer not just to download new maps, but to ploy custom routes for trips. I'd like to be able to choose my route rather than following one.

This GPS has been my best investment so far. I always travel and pop in from town to town and the maps have been spot on. Nice investment!!

This Garmin is what I needed. I have had some minor issues programing it, but I am sure over time and with more use, it will be easier. It gets me from point A to B.

The set up was slow...had to continue to get updates for about 25 times...but once completed, it is great...voice activated works very well.

This GPS has a screen showing you where gas stations or restaurants are before you approach them. The best part is that it works by voice command!

this great gps has a beautiful screen and ive had no problems with its choice of route

I have had several Garmins over the years (several since I usually like to buy one for each vehicle and when a new model / new feature one comes out) Love the lifetime map upgrades on this model! This one is actually a gift for a friend....can't go wrong with a Garmin. It may take you through a strange route - but I have learned to trust them - it WILL get you there!

Love that you not only are told to take the next right but you get the name of the street also
