It was the best decision! I believe my favorite part was the 3-D display when it came to forks or turns so I knew where to be. It made a long trip easier. You can even add pit stops to your route without having to cancel your route and start a new one. It is a great buy!

It is much better than the old one we love the voice command! The traffic feature has not been very helpful though. It's very easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone

During the time that I used it, other than the eventual lack of touch sensitivity, my previous Nuvi worked well and I was happy with it. I do a lot of travel with the car, so I need the traffic component and lifetime maps. This model is somewhat inconsistent and unreliable with the traffic. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. Other than that, I find the Nuvi 2597LMT to be dependable and updated with the streets.

We have had others, but like this GPS the best.

It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of pricer ones, but is easy to operate, easy to hear and has a very good screen and map program; most importantly, it gets you to where you want to go.

I need to call garmin. Traffic is pretty accurate. I'm mostly in carpool lane and it tells me to stay in 2nd lane. Crazy!

We've been using it the past couple weeks and it is easy to use. If you veer off the route, it will automatically recalculate your route.
