    Works very well but dosen't have voice prompts! What did I expect for the price?? Once the destination is added it will get you there without any surprises. The screen is a bit too small for my older eyes but it gets the job done. I would have liked Nav purchased as part of the new car package but the upgrade would have cost about $1000. This was a better option for me and a lot less money.

    Best Buy is honorable. This product replaced another after several years of use. I was impressed with some of the new features. I had purchased the protection plan on the previous item and was thrilled that Best Buy honored the protection plan with no questions asked. I will continue to buy products from Best Buy based upon this very favorable experience.
