I have used paper bound maps my whole life when going anywhere. I thought I would give this a try and I was not disappointed. Very easy to set up and get started. I love the voice for upcoming directions and I love even more not having to write down directions and trying to read those with interior car lighting at night. I will still carry maps in my rig but just as a safety blanket kind of thing. This is one of the best accessories I have bought for my SUV in over a decade, yes I still have the same rig and love it. Thank you Garmin.

This GPS seems very accurate and was a great unit with the Maps for all of North America. The voice command seems to be pretty accurate as well.

My Garmin - nuvi 2597LMT - 5, is great I like that it works with my JABRA IN MY CAR. Lifetime maps update. It gives the speed limit and also the speed you are going. I don't leave my house with out my GPS which I call Gladys. Gladys goes everywhere I go because it keeps me from speeding and when I am approaching school zones. You get arrival time to your destinations. You can never get lost with this GPS.(Gladys as I call her)

Excellent GPS graphics, easy to navigate from page to page. Had added features I didn't know about when purchased, such as giving elevation.

I love my garmin! I frequent trips to Virginia and it's great for redirecting when there's potential traffic jams ahead. I like it's it specifies things such as "stay in one of the 2 right lanes" and tells me whether there's light traffic ahead. I can avoid specific roads and get redirected. (I'm not always a fan of i-95 once i get through Delaware. LOL)

It's very easy to use, accurate, and gets me to where I want to go.

Very happy with this GPS. Easy to read, program, and nice big screen. So far I see nothing wrong with it or anything I would change about it.

This is a great GPS. Ready to use right out of the box. You just type in the address and it does the rest. It is very accurate and always does seem to find the fastest route if that is what you select. I like how it can automatically divert you if there is a big delay ahead. The GPS also shows pictures of intersections and has arrows of where to go if it is a difficult-to-navigate intersection or split. I also like how it has lifetime map updates. I totally recommend this GPS.

I have had a couple of gps units in the past and this one works best by far, loads of features and easy to use by far, set up was a snap.

It only took a couple minutes to get this working -- I'd never used one before. It is pretty intuitive, quite simple to use. I think it has all the features I'd want (and a few I don't need). I've only had it a couple weeks, so it's a bit early to speculate on 'durability,' but it seems pretty solid and sturdy. I named her Hilda, and she's very patient ... especially when I decide to ignore her directions. She worked fine, although I should have updated the maps before using her (that's pretty easy too, but I bought her and left immediately on a trip). I didn't think I needed a GPS, but lately the highway departments seem to have stopped bothering with signs ... I made several unplanned detours due to missing route markets this summer! Hilda even seems aware of major construction projects ... I guess that's the 'traffic' function.

I have had several other gps' but the Garmin is by far the easiest and most accurate one I have used. I highly recommend this product.

This unit IS extremely accurate. I also like the Bluetooth feature and the traffic feature. It has saved me from some nasty traffic jams.

Routs have been good. Voice commands work well. half way across country with no issues. They only thing I was disappointed in is the bluetooth would only connect with phone setting and not gps setting on 2013 chevy malibu so I use it with the built in speaker and it is very clear and easy to read. The larger screen is very easy to see and is still small enough to not interfere with view when mounted. The android app is a nice feature for sending directions from phone.

Excellent GPS. Lifetime maps and traffic, voice commands and Bluetooth. The Bluetooth works perfectly with my phone. Best GPS I've ever had.

My only complaint is it had no instructions on how the GPS worked in the box that it came in. Lucky for me, my daughter got the same one a while ago, so she knew how to go online and set up an account and updated the GPS with any changes since it was sold. Once she explained how it worked, I was surprised how easy it was to operate and the information that is available. I would certainly recommend this model, but find a friend who knows how to operate it first.

This particular unit is very easy to use; is accurate; offers a lot of information. And the best part is you don't have to continuely listen to "recalculating"

love how it adjusts to traffic and adds the time if it is needed. Voice command is also awesome for hands free address finding.

This is a great GPS and it's very helpful. It's very easy to use and has very helpful tools to get you to your destination easily.

I have bought this to replace my Garmin C330 which I have been using since 2008. Nuvi 2597 has live traffic updates and is quick to calculate detour. I can zoom in the map and tap on the screen to select my destination Or if I have an address, when I start typing the street name it suggests the probable street names like in google maps which is a cool feature. It never asks me the City name. Last but not the least, you can not find any other GPS as good as this for this sale price. Thank you Best Buy!!
