Its a great reliable product easy to use and a great advantage to have unlimited maps updates for life :)

I got this when my original GPS stopped working. i love that is has the traffic updates as well as the lifetime map upgrades.

ok, so...I was on the fence about purchasing a GPS since I have a droid and google maps. But, I spend a lot of time on my phone (hands free to all concerned) while working so I thought it would be nice to have a stand alone unit. I already have a garmin but it didn't have lifetime maps (didn't want to spend $86 to get it for the unit I had) so I took the plunge and bought this one. I LOVE IT!!! the voice activation is excellent not only for finding an address, it will also find restaurants, points of interest, banks, gas stations, etc, etc (too many to list). The size is perfect and the screen is easy to read. It even splits in congested areas to show you where you need to go (amazing...love it). There is so much good stuff to say about this unit, but I would be dragging on so go and buy one yourself and enjoy it!!!

This gps helps when your coming to interactions and makes taking the right exit on the highway so easy!

Easy to set up and operate. It says it is effective in Puerto Rico but I cannot find verification anywhere.

I considered many GPS makes/models before selecting this one. The real time traffic feature works well.

I love that this garmin includes United States and Canada. Also the traffic updates are a big plus.

This path-finder guided us thru towns and cities route by route, street by street, and block by block!

My second GPS device and by far the best I have yet used. Well worth the price, very user friendly.

What else could I ask for it let's me know if there is traffic on route and the maps update as needed.

A great GPS. Easy to use -- especially with the voice activation feature -- and so far its been accurate. I love the downloadable voices available for the Garmins. They add to the fun of the trip!

This is my second Garmin GPS. The first is still going strong but with it's memory size it is no longer possible to download all the North American maps as they have grown in size. So the new one has more memory and a bigger, better display. It still operates pretty much the same way and is very easy to use. I think Garmin makes the best GPS for automotive use. My only complaint is it came with very few English voices. I really don't need the Japanese, Korean, Chinese, etc. languages (although I'm sure there are customers that do). I have always preferred the Australian voice Karen and she does not come pre-installed. I had no problem updating the maps through the web but could not get the full English language download to work. It took multiple emails to tech support to finally get it to work. It's going to be really nice on summer vacation to have current maps. I'll be driving ~2400 miles and there are many places on the route that the old GPS would get very confused because of highway changes it knew nothing about.

Lifetime maps and updates are easy to update, locating favorite locations with voice commands is easy.
